do you really love ryugis and wish you could do more for them, though you don't want to be an artist? why not try your hands at being a moderator or an archivist for this species?

what traits should I have as a moderator?

1) you should be able to judge fairly. if someone accidentally double posted, it is not necessary to give them a strike. just a warning so it doesn't happen again.
2) you should be able to PM others and receive PMs.
3) you should be familiar with the moderator rules posted on the main thread, as well as the general species rules and the species itself.

rules & guidelines (moderators)

1) moderators have the right to give strikes to a user if they break a rule. however, they do not always have to give strikes for a broken rule, if they feel like the rule was broken on accident.
2) cases including rudeness or harassment should always be punished with a strike!
3) if a user has been given a strike they should inform the owner, Hinode through PM.
4) if a moderator feels like a user should be banned from this species they can PM the owner about the matter.
5) moderators may NOT ban a user from this species!
6) the general rules apply to moderators as well.
7) moderators may not create ryugis unless they are also hired artists!
8) as a reward for their services moderators will receive one uncommon MYO every 1st of a month, after they served the ryugi community for at least 25 days

what traits should I have as an archivist?

1) you should be consistent when it comes to listing stuff.
2) you should be familiar with the species' general rules.
3) you should be organized and a little familiar with coding.

rules & guidelines (archivists)

1) archivists may not create any ryugis or moderate the species.
2) the general rules apply to them as well.
3) the archive for each cathegory should not fall behind by over 50 ryugis.
4) as a reward for their services, archivists will receive one uncommon MYO every first of a month. in the months of march, august and december they will receive a rare MYO instead of an uncommon MYO.

you can apply for one or more of the following archivist positions: regular archivist (taken!), MYO archivist, Custom archivist
if you were chosen to be an archivist you will have to create your own archive thread, which should list the following information for each ryugi: #of ryugi & owner. if there is no owner yet, you can simply edit it later.

I'd like to apply for an archivist position c:

activity level;; I'm on CS at various points in the day, 7 days a week. I may be slightly less active over the weekends due to homework. Please also note that I'm a college student and have a job, but I do my best to stay updated!

past experience;; I do have a little past experience being an archivist. At one point a few years ago, I was a temporary arhcivist for the species Hyrulian Gypsies. I helped straighten out a problem with the ID numbers, though I didn't actually have any access to update their archive.
desired position;; Custom or MYO or both archivist. I'm still not 100% sure how my free time is going to look once the new semester starts, so I'd like to start smaller than being the archivist for the regular adopts.

Activity on site; I'm on and off consistently throughout the day, from when I wake up(9 AM) to when I got to bed (Around Midnight). I receive email notifications whenever I get a PM and usually check it right away unless I am busy with IRL stuff.
Desired Position; I would love to be the Regular Adopts archivist. I check often enough to be able to stay up to date with all of the adopts that may go up and Owners that will be chosen. I'm pretty decent at coding and fairly organized with keeping things up to date. Iv'e not had past experience with being an archivist because the opportunity has never been there for me to take.
Why you should chose me; I'm very excited for this new adopts species and am willing to put my all into helping out in any way that I can to make it grow! Plus I have no life and this will really give me something I can look forward to doing lol..

qualifications. i’ve been eyeing this species since their recent
initial debut as well as a handful of other beautiful species,
however, i am not usually one to participate in the actual adopt-
ing but rather as an artist or archivist. i find more joy in contri-
buting to the running of a species. that being said, i especially
enjoy making lists, rather odd, and simply categorizing things
and words. i currently have a list of dinosaur names and their
literal translations which has proved to be pretty interesting.

before i start sounding too weird, i am also equipped with the
know-hows of coding, advanced if need be though i prefer
simplistic designs. i also love contributing to the team in gen-
eral and can most definitely keep the archives up to date!

ACTIVITY ON SITE- I am really always active! I start Highschool soon but I can work around my schedule since we have study halls which give me a chance to finish homework at school instead of home. I usually check Chicken Smoothie ALOT if I am expecting something to happen.
DESIRED POSITION- Moderator
Qualification- I’ve been kind of stalking the species for a while and I really like! I usually do ask questions to leaders if I am not sure or if I am tentitave of what I should do. But other than that, I am really active and I do trying to talk things carefully to make sure the user does get a warning the first time.
Why I should be chosen- I think I would be fit for being a moderator because I did read all the rules. I am ready to put a lot of time and work into this and contributing/ helping the species. I could also go for custom MYO since I love creation art in general. I do have an art shop on CS so far.
