ways to earn points


|| no-form-left-behind ||
worth 0.5 points
to be discontinued @ chry #500

this is a easy way to earn points! if you finish a form for a contest, you automatically earn
half a point as long as there was effort put into it! if all the criteria in the form are completed
and original for each contest, you can easily earn points.

|| honorable mentions ||
worth 5 points

while only one person can win a chrysaora in a competition, if the judge has a difficult time
choosing between forms they may choose to award one or two of the participants with
honorable mentions. although the artist might have struggled to choose a winner, they can still
allow more than one person to win something.

|| monthly raffles ||
worth 0-10 points

each month a raffle will be opened and drawn for each participant, with a chance to win between 0-10 points.
to enter costs 2 points, but it's well worth the risk!

|| character development ||
worth ??? points

any character development you complete for your chrysaora will help gain you points, whether it be art,
personalities, writings, roleplaying, etc. these points will be awarded based on personal effort.

each case will be approached as according to the criteria below;;

|| writing ||
for every 50 words, you will gain 1 point. once you pass 500 words you will gain 2 points for every 50 words.
for example, if you write a 1000 word story, you would gain 10 points for the first 500 words, and
then 20 points for the second 500 words, for a total of 30 points.

if you have less than 50 words you will gain 0.5 points for any writing.

xxxxxxxxwill be judged on a time/effort case-to-case basis according to these basic guides:

simple - 2 points || uncoloured lineart w/out shading, headshot, coloured in lineart drawn by someone else
moderate - 4 points || coloured lineart w/out shading, simple pixel art
advanced - 6 points || simple animation (blinking etc.), coloured lineart w/ shading, simple gift lines, complicated pixel art
extensive - 8 points || complicated animation (walking etc.), complicated gift lines, full scenes, multiple chry in one drawing

|| Rules ||

+ you must own a chrysaora to participate in most catergories +
the only things that do not require ownership are no-form-left-behind, honorable mentions, & gift art

+ if you are submitting art, it can be either digital or traditional, as long as it is clear & easily viewed +
other forms of art such as statues are also accepted

+ you may not submit try-out art/writing for points +
all art/writing must be original works

+ you may not submit art that was ordered/paid for by another +
however, if you coloured in lines as gifts for other people those are perfectly acceptable to submit!

+ you cannot trade/gift points +
if you quit, your points will be liquidated

+ you many only stack up to 3 collected items +
if you buy a custom/semi-custom you may add up two 3 different items that you've bought to it.

+ artists have the right to say NO! +
if a artist chooses not to do your custom/semi-custom that is their choice. if they were in any way rude let me know, but other than that its up to you to find a willing artist. do NOT beg, bribe, or guilt artists.

+ owners have the right to say no as well! +
owners are allowed to choose which vouchers they allow for use on their chry. if someone decides not to allow a auto-somatic voucher to be used on their Chrysaora, that is acceptable. to use vouchers you must acquire permission w/ screenshots when you send in a breeding.

+ to submit art/writing just post links to its location on this thread! +
all submissions will be scored & points will be added to the stash accordingly

+ the store will open on a regular basis +
when it is open, you will PM orders to me using the supplied form

+ limit of 1 semi-custom/custom purchase per month +

mane/tail colour change (solid) - 25 points
horn/hoof colour change (within rarity level/down levels) - 25 points


|| medium ||

mane/tail extra colour streaks - 30 points
horn/hoof colour change (can gain 1 rarity level) - 40 points
guarantee pass uncommon coat trait - 45 points
uncommon coat trait voucher x1 (specify on purchase) - 45 points
semi-custom (this purchases a common level chry, in which you choose the base & pattern, and can add 1 voucher) - 50 points


|| large ||

horn/hoof colour change (can gain 2 rarity levels) - 55 points
guarantee pass rare coat trait - 65 points
rare coat trait voucher x1 (specify on purchase)- 65 points
guarantee pass legendary coat trait - 75 points
legendary coat trait voucher x1 (specify on purchase)- 75 points
full custom (this only purchases a common level chry, up to 3 vouchers can be added) - 100 points
twin foals (only take up 1 breeding slot) - 100 points
line transfer (old chry lines to newer edited lines) - 125 points
