>Customs/MYOs are generally given out during events. Do not ask for on if you did not earn it that way.
>Staff can make as many customs as their slots (up to 30) allows it. But only after a interval of making 5 adopts.
>Customs/MYOs may NOT be specials (mythicals, ipowers, etc.)
>Customs/MYOs for users may be made by them, ask to be added. Or requested to be done by another artist or user.
>Semi-Customs are only made by artist upon request.

They need to be registered here so they can get their event number to be eventually added to the archive.
