Conversion System

The currency the Cherub Cats use are called "Halos" and can be purchased via C$ or Gems, earned through art, or bought by trading pets.

C$ or FR Gems

1 C$ = 2 Halos
3 FR Gems = 1 Halo
(For USD/DA Points Conversions, they're as follows:)
1 USD = 32 Halos
3 Points = 1 Halo
However, to do USD / Point Conversion, you must contact me on my deviantart.
Update:I now accept items on a case-by-case basis. They will be worth significantly more than pets and will still get the x3 wishlist bonus for it.

Pet Conversion:

All Halo conversions can be figured out using the C$ value of your pet here: Click Me For a Google Doc!
All pets are considered to be worth /at least/ 1 Halo, so do not worry about if your very Commons are worth anything!
I usually add bonuses on a case-by-case basis for years, how badly I wanted the pet (if a wishlist pet), and rarity. This guide is just what I "generally" use and should be used as a baseline.
Additionally, wishlist pets are worth 3x their normal price. Hoard pets have +1 Halo redemption value.
Additionally, additionally, I take into account demand for a pet. Let's say you hand me a Malk '09 rare, I'm going to give you more than 50 Halos for that pet.
tl;dr, Every Halo transaction is unique and I'm usually incredibly generous.

Art Conversion

That's right! You can also earn Halos by doing art or literature of any existing Cherub Cat. Starters or Cherub Cats owned by myself and nuggetseb are considered 'Starters' and are fair game to draw, even if you do not have one of your own. This is a great way to earn Halos if you do not have spare pets to donate, spare C$, or other currency.
This also counts for your own Cherub Cats.

• Sketch, Uncolored: No Halos
• Sketch, Colored: 5 Halos
• Lined, Uncolored: 3 Halos
• Lined, Colored: 10 Halos
• Lined, Colored, Shaded: 15 Halos
• + A background: 5 additional Halos
• Animation: 2 Additional Halos per Frame
• 50 words of writing = 1 Halo

This stacks for each Cherub Cat involved, so a Lined, Colored, and Shaded drawing of three cherub cats would earn you 45 Halos.
All art must be full body, meaning 75% of the animal must be shown. Headshots or less than 75% of the body being shown earns you 50% of the Halos you'd otherwise earn.

Breeding is a mechanic in which you can pair two Cherub Cats and get a litter of two kittens from it!

Due to their innate magic, gender doesn't matter one bit, and you are free to pair off whoever you'd like. Additionally, unless otherwise stated, the kittens will be given to the person submitting the form. There are only three 'spots' open when breeding is open, meaning that only three people will get to breed during each opening. While this keeps them limited, please keep in mind the time and energy each Cherub Cat takes to design.

How Does Breeding Work?

I look at the rarity of each individual trait your Cherub Cats have, and determine the likelihood of those traits passing to their offspring. While Common traits have a 50% chance of passing, Very Rare traits might have a 1 or 5% chance of passing on. Additionally, I take in the personality or theme of the Cherub Cats, and combine them in unique and creative ways to figure out what their children might be! However, I might throw in a wildcard here or there, just because I'm feeling generous or devious.

Breeding requests may take me up to a month to process and complete. Please be patient with me!
