Welcome to the Stardust Bank!

..what is the stardust bank?
It is a place to keep track of stardust(the currency used to buy customs, edits, etc in the Sheer community) ! Check back here often, you might have earned stardust without knowing it!

Stardust System

Stardust is an easily obtainable form of currency which you can use to 'trade in' for customs, myo's, uncommon+ edits, breeding tickets, and extra slots! Some ways you will be able to earn stardust:

-receiving honorable mentions in competitions-
-promoting the species-
-(having a link/stamp in your signature) (20 stardust)-
-winning a sheer-
-joining the bank (50 stardust)-
-gift-arting anyone art of their sheer/oc-
-creating gift lines-
-being a member of staff (50 to start)-
-raffles/giveaways-
-holiday events-
-buy them with dA points (5 points is 1 stardust)-
-buy them with c$ (1c$ = 5 stardust)-
-being active/supportive in the species-
-trading in wishlist CS pets (legend on next page)

Base prices:
For a Custom Ticket: 100 stardust
For a MYO Ticket: 200 stardust
For a breeding ticket(not available yet): TBD
For an extra slot(not available yet): TBD

*all extra edits on a custom/myo (that are uncommon or rarer) must be purchased alongside the base price of a custom/myo ticket - trait rarities and their prices are listed below.

Rarities: *disregard the price listed on the picture, the prices listed below are the true prices*
--> Default/Standard (free to use)
--> common (free to use)
--> uncommon (50 stardust each)
--> rare (250 stardust each)
--> very rare (700 stardust each)
--> legendary (2000 stardust each)
(--> items in the 'other' section of the legendary edits cannot be purchased, they must be won or earned through contests, events, or raffles !)

Purchasing Stardust:
- 1 c$ = 5 stardust
- 5 dA points = 1 stardust
- cs store pet = 100 stardust
regular cs pets can now be traded in for stardust! (uncommon+ only):
- 2008-2009 uncommon = 15 stardust (wishlist only)
- 2010-2012 uncommon = 10 stardust (wishlist only)
- 2013-2014 uncommon = 5 stardust (wishlist only)
- 2015-2016 uncommon = 2-3 stardust (wishlist only)

- 2008-2009 rare = 150 stardust
- 2010 rare = 100 stardust
- 2011-2012 rare = 50 stardust
- 2013-2015 rare = 30-40 stardust (wishlist only)
- 2016 rare = 20 stardust (wishlist only)

- 2008-2009 very rare = 1200 stardust
- 2010 very rare = 1000 stardust
- 2011-2012 very rare = 500 stardust
- 2013-2014 very rare = 350 stardust
- 2015-2016 very rare = 200 stardust

- OMG so rares and list pets can go for 2500+ stardust, depending on worth

If you have reason to believe I have miscounted/neglected to add to your stardust balance sufficiently, feel free to PM me (with proof) to work it out ! (e.g. you won a sheer but I forgot to add 10 to your account; PM me with evidence that you did win that Sheer and I will add the stardust to your balance <3) It gets kind of confusing to count up everyone's stardust - so it is possible I will make a mistake uvu
However, if I catch you lying about your balance to me in order to gain extra stardust, I (unfortunately) will have to issue a warning and/or subtract some stardust from your balance. qvq

What drew you to the species?: The aesthetic is amazing and the detail and effort put into the species is really attractive ;//; plus gosh I love deer.
Any suggestions for ways to earn stardust?: Uhh maybe by winning/adopting a Sheer? Probably not too much though.
Any suggestions for what stardust can be traded for?: ... virtual hugs?

What drew you to the species?: The pretty and detailed aesthetics were what initially drew me in but when I read the lore behind the Sheers, I fell in love with the species. Plus my love of all things fluffy.
Any suggestions for ways to earn stardust?: Ummm.....maybe with CS dollars along with the DA points? I dunno ^-^"
Any suggestions for what stardust can be traded for?: Maybe additional art of their Sheer if there are any artist available?

What drew you to the species?: I am a very big sucker for things that have a lot of fluff or color to them. Also there aren't many species revolving around deer or sheep so they are a pretty unique little species to get into.
Any suggestions for ways to earn stardust?: Maybe a few good pets for those unable to get da point or C$ could earn a little stardust?
Any suggestions for what stardust can be traded for?:

What drew you to the species?: Originally, the interest check sketch! I read the history behind the species and saw the finished line art, and I was hooked.
Any suggestions for ways to earn stardust?: The suggestions you've already gotten are pretty thorough; I honestly can't think of anything, sorry!
Any suggestions for what stardust can be traded for?: If you plan to limit how many offspring can be born to a couple, perhaps paying extra raises that limit? If you ever plan to hold an auction for a particularly special Sheer, you could have people bid in stardust.

What drew you to the species?: Boxie showed it to me c: but I knew as soon as I saw them that I wanted to have one. I really hope this species goes far. They really are adorable
Any suggestions for ways to earn stardust?:(optional) Making surprise gift art of someone else's sheer maybe?
Any suggestions for what stardust can be traded for?:(optional) I think it could be used for buying breeding items, like allowing for twins or passing down certain traits
