Winter Event (team battle 2.0!)

"What's up my peeps? We're going to be holding another TEAM BATTLE! If you're not sure how the rules works, basically we're putting two separate teams and have em compete for tokens in all sorts of crazy things!"

The writer: The writer of the team is in charge of making an invitation, to promote their side and earn more supporters. They're also responsible for any writing events.

The artist: The artist of the team is in charge of promoting their team by making creative ads. Like the writer, they'll be in charge of art exclusive events.

The scout: The scout is the only member allowed on the opposing teams thread. They're welcome to post and ask questions, but be warned! If the scout types out the codeword of the opposing team, the opposing team can capture the scout!

The Badger: The badger is in charge of calling the opposite team out, if they break any of the requirements. Also, the challenger can call any user on the opposing team to a duel. Winner of the duel earns tokens!

The leader is decided by a random number generator after all the roles have been filled.

Q. What are codewords?

A. Codewords are words chosen by the leader of the team. If any of the opposing team is caught with that word on any of the battle threads, that Badger of said team can call them out for it.

For example: lets say the codeword for team 2 is cake.

User from Team 1: This team battle idea is really neat, but we should include something to do with cake.
Badger from Team 2: CODEWORD ALERT! You said cake. :)

once the codeword has been said, the leader of the team picks another codeword.

PLEASE NOTE: You can only call a user out if they say the codeword on a relevant thread. (any jingle winter related threads count) The main adoption center/fanclub/love letters/relationship/nursery threads do not count.

Also to keep things fair, you're only allowed to use nouns for codewords.

Q. What is the consequence for saying the codeword?

A. The opposing team is awarded points. The amount of points depend on which team member said the code word.

Badger: 20 points
Scout: Capture!
Writer: 10 points
Artist: 10 points

If it was the leader, add 20 points to the value

Q. What happens when the scout is captured??

A. The team who captures the scout can hold it at a ransom. If the ransom is not met within a certain amount of time, they get to keep the scout and earn 20 points.

Q. How much is the ransom? Does the other team have to pay for it?

A. The team who captured the scout is left to decide that. Yes. They have to forfeit points out of their own pocket in order to save their scout.

If you're the scout, and you've been captured, you cannot post on your teams battle thread.

Q. What's a duel?

A. A duel is a Badger exclusive event. To call someone out on a duel, you must tell the scout to go and post on the opposing teams thread, and they will announce the Badgers wishes.

A duel is a 1x1 competition between a Badger, and the user the Badger choses to compete against. The winner of the duel is awarded 20 points, and the loser has to give up 20 points.

The duel rules and gameplay:
will be merely based on chance! Each user guess a number between 1-10 and whoever is closer to the randomly generated result will win the points.

Q. What are art/writing exclusive events?

A. They will be events that I'll host for the writers and artists. :) Wait and see!

Q. What are the prizes for the winners and losers?

A. Each member from the winning team will be awarded 20 tokens, and a chance to win a custom. The losers will be awarded 10 tokens each for their efforts.

Q. Do the supporters get any tokens?

A. No. The supporters of the wining team, however, will be involved in the custom raffle.

Q. Where is my teams thread??

A. The leader is in charge of creating a separate thread for their team.

Q. Am I allowed to peek at the other teams thread?

A. I can't stop you from peeking, but legally only the scout can view/post on the opposing teams thread. If you're caught posting there, and you're not the scout, you have an automatic 20 point withdraw (this will hurt the whole team)
