BREEDING

To breed your Tezari, wait for an official artist's breeding slots to be open, and fill out the required form. You may breed a Tezari from horses you own as well as one horse you own and someone else's Tezari, or you may breed two Tezari horses that are not your own. If you are breeding one or more Tezari that you do not own, please make sure you have permission proof to send to the artist when requesting the breeding.

**The breeding limits have been temporarily lifted until further notice**
*Stallions will have a 1 week cool down between breedings, Mares will have a 2 week cool down*

PLEASE NO POSTING HERE! PM the breeding artists and keep discussion of what Tezari you want to breed outside of this thread.

TRANSFERS

Artists may offer transfers from the old Tezari lines to the new ones. The original artist of the old Tezari must be contacted to get permission for a transfer, even if that artist does not want to or can't do it.

BREEDING ARTISTS

Each artist will have their own set up here in the thread and will do breedings in their own specific way. They are allowed to open as many slots as they'd like whenever they'd like. The current list of active breeding artists is-

Please link to the parents' original pages. You may have as many as 3 preferences that may or may not be included. Make sure they make sense for what attributes the parents have. Also make sure you include breeding permissions for any Tezari that isn't yours that is being used for the breeding. I will loosely use real horse color genetics to decide the foal's color but if you have a specific preference that would be a real result from the parents I will likely do that, but no guarantees. Hairband color can be an almost guaranteed preference as long as it is a shade of red, yellow, or in between. Feel free to specify light or dark.

I will occasionally offer Tezari customs, either for special occasions or just on a whim, or if I need something. Tezari custom designs are mostly up to you but also partially up to me. If you'd like a Tezari custom, please fill out this form-

You do not have to name the Tezari right away, you can leave that blank, and name it after you've seen it. The color MUST be a known color in the breed (for example, no chimeras), the patterns also must be known in the breed (no appaloosas). Pattern also can mean if you'd like no leg markings, or yes to leg markings, or minimal markings, or a lot, preferred face markings or not at all- any of that. While I will still be the final judge in what I think looks good on it, you will have a lot of preference in it, but you can also decide to leave some things blank including color or pattern and leave it all up to me if you want, too. Please no pictures! I will not do a Tezari based primarily off a living horse. Height must be between the Tezari averages of 13-16 hands. You do not have to fill that out either, I can do that for you if you want. Other preferences include things like color of hair braids.

About me:

I only draw with my mouse, i specialised myself to it. I love horse genetics and therefor i'm addicted to breedings. I'm drawing here on CS for many years now and i'm experienced with doing adoptables and breedings. I'm very active and draw mostly every day, so i try to make the breedings as quick as possible. If it takes some time, then only because i have so much to do with my other adoptables. i have a to-do list and so i don't forget anything (no guaranty on this statement ). I think i'm a funny and easy person, so i will never bite anyone, maybe just a little nibbling

i will do the foals coat color with this:

Rules:

- all basic Tezari rules
- PM the form with: Tezari Breeding
- I wont hold reservations
- You need to link both parents in the offer
- If you don't own both parents, you need to get the other owner to update their archive with you in the breeding slot or they need to send me their permission "____can breed my ____ with ____" or show me a screenshot with the given permission (screenshot must contain the whole mail, not just the quotes)
- No incest!
- stallions have 10 slots
- Mares have 5 slots
- you may gift or adopt out foals

Special breeding Rules:

- bands need to have any shade of red or yellow/gold
- overo and splash patterns aren't seen till now and maybe never, based on the admin
- no champagne or roan was seen till now and maybe never, based on the admin
- no chimeric was seen till now and even if their will exist one in the future it can not be passed down
- you can't suggest the coat color, but you can decide eye color and band color

I really don't have any rules in addition to those previously set up, so I'll just go ahead and explain my methods for you. When I do breedings, I typically roll for the resulting coat. I'm a huge fan of genetics and tend to stick to them. However, if there's a possible outcome you'd prefer, list it as a suggestion and I'll certainly add a fair bit of chance to it for you. Band colour, if you'd like to pick that, is for certain what you want it to be, just try and keep it in the reds, oranges, and yellows. Three suggestions at most, please.

Rules:

- Just because you suggest something does not mean it is final.
- I have a very extensive knowledge on horse genetics, therefore if the calculator does not have what I'm looking for, I'm more than happy to do it myself!
- Please don't rush me. I'll get to your breeding when I have the inspiration to do so, so that I can ensure the foal will turn out to my standards. It's not common for me to feel so uninspired that I don't do horse related work, so don't stress over it!
- I am trusting you to check your bloodlines to make sure the foal does not have closely related ancestors.
- Feel free to search my posts for 'Tezari Breeding' and look through more foals I have previously done!

RULES & INFO:

• PM me the form entitled 'Tezari Breeding'.
• Stallions have ten slots. Mares have five slots.
• You must be listed in the slots to breed any horse(s) that you
  don't own.
• You may suggest three things max. - specific colours/patterns (or
  lack of), eye colour, or something else within reason. Choose wisely!
• You may choose gender when the foal is born (or before if you wish).
• All foals will be created according to the parents genetics, keep
  in mind what is possible when making suggestions!
• You may also choose band colour, but it must be some shade or red
  or yellow - feel free to specify dark or light, etc.
• You may of course enquire about the progress of your breeding,
  but please give me a week or two before asking I am extremely busy
  and do not want to rush your little foal <3
