This is the Official Sled Pups Guest Artist thread.This is where you can apply to become a guest artist for Sled Pups! Below you will find more info on how to become a guest artist and what cool stuff you can get if you do! Below you can also find the names of past guest artists who made Sled Pup litters!

(Be prepared for a lot of text. Sorry Everyone! Just trying to be thorough!)

Guest Artist Information:

• This thread will be continuously open. I may choose you at any point in the future, although I plan to have certain periods where Guest Artists will fill in.
• Please do not take offense if I do not choose you. I may ask you later, or I may find that your art style does not fit what I am looking for for Sled Pups.
• Guest Artists that are chosen will have the chance to create a litter with up to 6 Sled Pups. These litters will not be breedings, but will be regular adoption through raffle.
• If I find you to be a good fit as a Guest Artist I may ask you if you would like to do more litters. This will be completely up to you.
• Any designs you create will have your name mentioned, so you will get recognition. I can also edit the lines to add a signature for you.
• Guest Artists will be compensated. Compensation can vary and can be seen in the next post.

Guest Artist Rules:

• Regular CS rules apply in regard to designs and violence and gore depictions, etc.
• No plagiarism or art theft of any kind, period.
• These can not be done on Oekaki, so you must have a separate art program to create them on. The file for Sled Pups will be .psd for the Guest Artists.

Guest Artist Submission Rules:

• Regular CS rules apply in regard to designs and violence and gore depictions, etc.
• Please do not copy a preexisting design for the free category submissions. No plagiarism or art theft of any kind, period.
• Each submission requires examples of your previous pixel work or a thread or two where you have been a guest artist/done art before.Showing techniques such as dithering, shading, and layering of colors will help you. I would like Guest Artists to stay within the Sled Pups style overall, but add their own spin to the designs.
• You must show me at least three examples of your pixel art. If you do not have any I will have a lineart below that you can show me your pixel work on. Please only use this lineart for an entry and keep my signature.
• Providing one natural design helps. Since I hope to keep Sled pups mostly natural in designs and colors having at least one natural design on the lineart lets me know you are comfortable with natural designs.
• Please be nice to everyone in this thread and be nice to yourself. Do not put anyone down for their artwork on here including yourself if you believe someone else's art to be better than your own.
• Please refrain from chatting on here. I would like this thread spam free, so please use the fanclub to chat or talk about this thread. Post only forms on here and PM me any questions you have.

Payment:

Sled Pups are no longer a paid-for adoptable, but I do plan to pay any guest artists that I pick. There are three payment options you may choose from if you become a guest artist for Sled Pups. If I pick you you may pick one payment per litter you do.

Payment 1:

10 CS pets. 1 rares, 5 uncommons, 4 commons.
I will do my best to make them wishlist pets, but they will be coming from my trading folders.
I will try my best to vary the pets years and types. I have pets from 2009-2015 in my trade folders.

Payment 2:

An exclusive custom Sled Pup. Either you or I can make it. It must fit in with the overall natural designs Sled Pups have.

Payment 3:

Two custom items of your choice for one or two of your Sled Pups.
You may have an existing item edited to your liking or it can be something entirely new.

I'd also like to say that I am not the most experienced in pixel art, but I think that i'll be able to learn it quickly if i'm accepted as a guest artist. Anything Else?: I can do more of the style pups if you'd like. Thanks! I use MSPaint, ColorZilla, LunaPic, Ezimba, Imgur, and Tiny Pic.
Entries:1) the doge. here i used a simple picture of doge and copied it to mimic the shiba inu, this is simple but it's a bit late! it looks like i forgot to properly crop here... woopsies! oh well
2) ginger husky! here i did cropping but the white is transparent for some reason, hmm guess i can't do whites o-o or is it transparent? hmm
3) here we have a pepsi one! it's very unrealistic and purposely transparent. i could do better here.
