TTA Stats and Their Meanings

Postby .Shaded. » Thu Jul 16, 2015 11:50 am

What are stats used for?

Stats are genetic and randomized when the horse is created/born. A horse can have + or - Stats in any category excluding experience. Stats are used for competition, and the higher the stats the horse has in the required category for a certain competition, the more it is worth and the better it will do in the competition. The maximum number in any stat is +25. And the maximum total all together is +150. Experience is earned by doing competitions, and also aids in helping the horse's experience. For every 1k experience there Is a +2% increase in the chance that the horse will win the competition it is entered in.

What Stats are there? What do they do?

Speed: The higher this stat is, the more likely the horse is to win a speed event such as barrel/poles/cutting. The Speed stat works together with Endurance and Agility. A horse with +25 in all three of this is sure to be a good competitor!

Agility: The higher the stat is here the more likely the horse is to win an event that requires quick movements such as barrels, reining and cutting. This stat works together Speed and Endurance. +25 in both of these stats would definitely make this horse a lethal competitor!

Endurance: A horse doesn't just rely on it's speed and agility to win a competition, It needs endurance to keep going! A horse with good endurance is definitely going to be bringing home the horseshoes if it has good stats in the corresponding areas such as Speed and Agility.

Intelligence: Any good horse needs intelligence! An intelligent horse learns a lot quicker than a horse with low intelligence. This stat helps all the other stats all around.

Confirmation: A horse with good confirmation is required for just about anything! Jumping, Barrels, Poles, Cutting and Cross Country. This stat helps all the other stats all around.

Strength: This stat is needed more for jumping and cross country. Any jumper needs good strength to get over those jumps!

Horseshoes can be used to purchase items to help bring up your horse's stats. So make sure to check out the store!!

Examples of how to Add up your Horse's Stats

Speed: +1
Agility: -2
Endurance: +7
Intelligence: +10
Confirmation: -13
Strength: +25

Add up the Positive numbers and subtract the negative numbers from your total. This is your horse's stat number.
This Horse would have a total of: +28 (Not a very good horse at all) If you have any questions with adding up your horse's stats, or anything else, please pm me! Please do not take a guess at this. (=

Artists

Artists MUST give their horses stats After the horse has been adopted. These stats are made with a number generator. Use this Generator, and put the settings to what they should be. (Minimum of -25 and Maximum of +25; and 6 generated numbers.)
Generator If you have any questions on how to do this, or anything else, please pm me! You shouldn't guess at these things please. ^^'

How to figure out stats when Breeding

basically say the dams stats for speed are -5 and the sires are +15 the lowest (-5) has 4 subtracted from it, the highest (15) has 4 added to it. so the foal's stats for speed could be anywhere from -9 to +19. and then repeat that for the other stats

-Thank you to KittyLover12 for helping me explain this! :3
- If you have anymore questions, please pm me! I don't bite, I promise. (=
