In Greek mythology, Phaethon was a son of Helios. One day, he insisted that his father let him drive
his chariot, but was unable to control it. To save the Earth, he was struck by one of Zues’
lightning bolts and fell, allowing the horses pulling the chariot to get home.

Phaethon’s Tekes were discovered by a group of people on a search for Phaethon’s landing point.
When they believed that they had discovered the crater, thinly built horses began to gather. Upon first
glance, they seemed no different than akhal tekes. However, a handful of explorers felt that they had
discovered something different. Because of their location and the motive of their search, the explorers
dubbed them Phaethon’s Tekes. While part of the group left to report their findings, the rest stayed back to
construct a ranch, unable to leave the magnificent creatures.

-There is no adoption limit, but you can only win one a day

Tekes can be bred ten times
If the teke is not yours, you must provide a quote with the permission to use one of the breeding spots.
Send payment as soon as your order is accepted.
Do not hint at or suggest traits you'd like the foal to have.

How to Order;;
Wait for an official artist to announce that they are open to do breedings or a custom and post the completely filled out form that is provided.

If you are using Lioden or Flight Rising currency, we must also discuss the 'trade' on the other site's private message system.

If you are on a stream when I am creating your foal, I might give you the opportunity to request certain traits for the foal. This will not be a regular occurrence, so do not inquire about it. You must be there to take advantage of this opportunity. Someone else can't ask for you.

Full Customs;;



I am accepting a few custom orders for dA points. Simple designs are 25, simple appaloosa, paint and chimeric designs are 35, complicated designs are 50.

When you order a full custom Phaethon's Teke, you choose everything about it. There is no limit to how many customs you may have. Customs, like any other teke, are realistic. If you would like help, feel free to PM Dia at any time, even if spots are closed, to discuss designing.
I'm no longer making chimeric designs with impossible color combinations.
You don't have to name it until you see it.

Keep in mind, I may decide not to do part of your form. For example, appy dip on an appy base or roan dip on a roan base. If string colors/beads clash or blend in with the teke, I may change those as well. However, I will try to keep your custom as close to your form as possible. Just remember that I may take artistic liberty if you choose to order a rather intense custom. ^^

Also note that it is unlikely that I will follow references exactly. I also will not copy a drawing that you provide to show me exactly where and how you want things. I like to feel like I am designing your custom, not just transferring a design.

When you order to breed Phaethon's Tekes, you are ordering a teke with a combination of both parents' genetics. You can decide what the foal's string and beads look like. This is optional. If you do not provide this information, I will use the parent's string appearances to decide.

Please note that chimera and most mutations will not pass down.
