WARNING: Ascending is not yet ready! I do not recommend attempting to ascend while it is in beta stages.
RULES. Please read them.
- Your Niebla cannot ascend if you do not own it.
- Auction/Gift nieblas are not able to ascend
- Only first stage and second stage PPS can ascend
- Event PPS cannot ascend no matter the reason, unless specified that they can specifically.
- Please do not spam. (I.E No posting just a smiley face, a picture of your pet, "bumping", ect)
- Arguing will not be tolerated here.
- First stage PPS Ascension is quite likely, however second stage is quite uncommon.
- Please do not steal any Nieblas here.

That last question is very important.
You need to post an image along with your form, be it a gif, or a still image, or even a video, but it HAS
to relate to the Niebla your trying to ascend.
