"Welcome to The Lizard Den's Halloween Event! If you need to go back to the main thread at any time, just click the banner above!"

"This year our Halloween event will last from October 16th, to October 31st. We'll have a lot of cool and unique lizards coming in! And we may start seeing some new varieties of lizards as well. There will be at least two different shipments coming in, and each one will have its own little twist, so keep and eye out! You can apply for as many lizards as you like, but you can only win two total from this event."

"You are free to talk amongst yourselves or our staff, we won't bite! We can't promise that of the lizards though...

"Oh my goodness this isn't good at all. Our first Halloween shipment finally arrived, but there is a note here saying that one of the lizards is extremely dangerous, and that we shouldn't let it out! And the notes doesn't say which one it is. We have someone who can handle dangerous lizards, but they are out on vacation right now, we won't be able to open the crates until they get back on Halloween."

"The forms for each one are below, there are no restrictions with these forms, so you may do anything you want with them. Adding as many extras as you like is allowed. We love to see creativity and effort! Please keep their number somewhere in the form, otherwise it messes up our paperwork. Remember to have them completed by Halloween!"



The small lizard leads you to a door at the side of the room. You could have sworn this door wasn't here last time you visited. Behind the door is a small dusky room, you assume it must be some sort of storage area, but it seems to have been cleared out and 6 large crates placed on the floor. Each crate seems to have something painted on the side, and a small peephole, but otherwise there is no hint to what the lizards might look like. Why don't they just use clear containers? You notice a box on the floor next to the door labeled 'Completed adoption forms'. Looking around, you see a stack of adoption forms on top of each crate.

Our second Halloween shipment has arrived! Thankfully we know these are safe! You can adopt these the same way you adopt our non-event lizards, just fill out the form and turn it in. On Halloween we'll pick who each lizard goes to! Add as much as you like to your form. Adding as many extras as you like is allowed. We love to see creativity and effort!

This lizard's dark brown coloring makes it look almost mud-splattered. The bright orange zig-zag across it's body looks like its moving as the lizard walks. Its gender appears to be a mystery.

This adopt is rather strange. In fact you aren't sure its a lizard at all. It appears to be a wooden frame that has somehow come to life, and is covered in lizard-shaped jelly-like substance. Its not moving around much since it seems to start dripping a lot when it moves.

Personality: spectre gets pushed around a lot. He gets teased because of his gender, and has developed depression because of it. Around people, he is often shy, and a bit lonely. He thinks he may have social anxiety, because whenever other dragons go near him, he starts shaking. He likes hiding in his bubble. His bubble is a large, plastic ball with a door, and it's walls are painted so nobody can see inside. Inside, there is a squashy beanbag and a stack of paper, where he draws. He draws for hours sometimes, as it calms him. He draws what he sees, from his side. All the lizards towering over him, the trees and grass dark and foreboding, and then he draws birds. He draws all sorts of birds. They are his only friends, and he likes to fly around with them. He has a special crow, with a bent claw, and spectre hunts for him. The crow is his friend, and that makes him happy. And then lizards come, and scare crow away, so spectre lives out the day, looking forward to when he and crow can play again, and then he can go back to his bubble and draw crow, and all the things that they did that day.

And then one day, everything changed. The dragons didn't come, and crow wasn't there. Nothing was. It was all empty. Spectre panicked, and started running around, when he slammed into something hard, and wooden. He turned around, realising he had run into a box. It was cramped, and he couldn't breathe. He tried to turn around, just in time for the door to close, and he was left in darkness...

Spectre looked out the tiny hole in the side of his stifling cage, his eyes wet with fresh tears, of desperation and sadness. Why was it always him? He looked around and saw a smiling human, one without any lizards. He could see more humans around her, but not properly. The name tag on the human read 'wolfsong-mapleflame'. Slowly, she approached the cage, and someone opened it. She held out her hand, and waited for him. He stuck his head out, and she waited for him to come with her, to his new, loving home.

Sarah is a very sarcastic lizard. She is shy at times and will avoid speaking at all. Sarah sometimes confuses other lizards when she speaks because of her large vocabulary. She can be flirty at times, in a rude manner. Sarah likes to be by herself sometimes, and will decline any company. She is sometimes a very cold lizard. If you make her mad enough, she'll explode is rage. Sarah is very strong, and will face any danger that comes her way. Sometimes, you can see Sarah talking to herself or her cat. It gets a little lonely after a while, wouldn't you agree? Many people avoid her due to her strange traditions. Sarah is pretty nice, once you get to know her. You just have to deal with her bi-personality.
