The Record Book

When selling an item to a user make a post on the Item Transactions Thread like:
I am selling [Tag][ID] to [New Owner]

Items may be gifted- use the following format in your post when you gift:
I am gifting [Tag][ID] to [New Owner]

Items may be traded- both users need to make the following post:
I am trading [Tag][ID] to [New Owner]

This is to check and make sure you are not buying an illegitimate item.
The seller/gifter is the only one who can authenticate the transaction. The customer/gift receiver cannot do this.
Both owners of items to be traded must make one post for their respective item.

Items may only be sold/bought with C$/pets/art
Keys may not be sold/traded/gifted
Flox may not be sold/gifted*
*without a ticket

CS Flox may not be exchanged for "real"/redeemable currencies
