After visiting the Archive, Annabelle leads you over to what looks like a street fair. All of the tents there are green- but that makes sense because they're made out of kelp. Annabelle walks you up to the largest tent, where a green wavetail sits at a small table, scribbling away on a piece of paper. He looks up from his work when you approach his desk. "Oh!" He says. "Hello there! I'm Clover." He smiles and shakes your hand. "Welcome to the Trading and Gifting Faire! This is the place where you can trade your Wavetail Cats and Items with other players, as well as gift them to people. Everyone's friendly here, so you should have a lot of fun!"

The rules are pretty simple, but you must nevertheless follow them.

1. Only trade and gift Wavetail Cats and Items that you own.
2. You may not complete a trade until your partner accepts it.
3. All trades must be accepted on this thread.
4. Be polite to everyone.
5. Have fun!

Clover picks up a stack of papers from his desk and lays a few of them out on the table for you to see. "These are the forms that you'll have to fill out in order to trade, gift, and so on," he says.
