I don't really like the other threads getting spammed up, so I am moving all events here.

Feel free to change the colors and font, add questions and switch them around. Just don't remove any questions. You may reword them or pretty up your form as much as you want.
There may be as many as 10 mascots so don't be discouraged by a bunch of forms!

Why do think one of YOUR pets should be picked: I believe I'm a great owner of my pets and I love them all! If one of my pets couldn't be a mascot, I don't know whose would!
