I've answered a Clan prompt!
Username + ID: Aizaka + 995625
Clan Using: Galaxy Stables
Prompt: Territory Prompt #2
Prompt Response: (Very dream-like ^_^" Sorry if it feels a little confusing.. I just like to keep it a bit flexible)

In the space between worlds there are areas of overlap. Where the lines blur and one might not be sure which world they are in. Some beings live in this space, but only a few are able to truly see it for what it is.

A statue sits upon the porch of a farmhouse. To guard or decorate or bring good luck is unknown. But it watches always. Seeing the changes that appear and disappear around the farm. From where it sits, it can see the garden on either side of the base of the few steps up to it's resting place. Where both flowers and vegetables grow. The humans tend to it, but this one has seen some of the cats that inhabit the area to tend to them as well. The herbs and vegetables and flowers being used to enrich the lives of all those at the farm.

Beyond that is the yard. Made of some gravel and mostly dirt, it is the main travel area for all those that live here. Many times the statued one has seen small festivals being held by the felines that somehow the humans never seem to notice. For all the color and lights and sound, they have gotten away with it for many years and likely always will. It has seen cats grow and learn in this space. Practicing their moves on each other until they are allowed further into the farmlands.

With a wooden fence on the edge of the yard, the other side contains a beautiful green grass and the occasional wildflower. Flowing over the small hills ahead and to the right, The view is only obstructed by a large Oak tree. Thought sometimes more may appear in the view, as if there is a small woodland there. The residents never seem to notice the change. The statue can always see the sunset from where it sits, but it seems to change where it might set. That also is never really noticed by anyone but them.

To the right of the grassy areas is a decent sized pond. One could have a small fishing boat there or go swimming. There is a small wooden structure leading out into the water a small ways. Sometimes the statue gets a glimpse of the ocean or maybe a seaside with larger ships, but those are few and no one else seems to have noticed those.

Far beyond the grass, the trees and the pond lie some larger hills. Beyond that seems a touch darker, but perhaps that is because it has not been explored as much? Though it was pretty sure on of the felines with a green cloak had come from that direction. It had also heard tails of there being caves in the hills that might have colorful stones of some kind.

Far to the right, is a road the humans take to get to the nearby city. It's pretty sure it might have seen some cats come from that direction too, but that might've been the space warping again because it can't quite be sure which ones if so.

Far past the pond to the left, are more trees that it had heard lead to allies of the felines. It hasn't heard much about them, but it is curious what they might be like. To the left of the house is a barn that seem to change size at will. As with everything else around here no one but the statue seems to notice. Sometimes it is in shade because of the barn's height, other times the sun shines all over the yard and the little porch the statue sits upon.

In the barn there are other creatures the humans care for. But at times it seems to only be occupied by the cats. They seem to have little nests and holes they live in, but also small buildings the neither the humans or other creatures have noticed placed around the yard such as the small herbal shop nearby the porch.

It is a peaceful place most times. And the statue guardian will keep watch in hopes it continues to stay so.

I've answered a Clan prompt!
Username + ID: PeepinBones + 1045189
Clan Using: Fractured-Crag
Prompt: territory: 15
Prompt Response:
Fractured-Crag has many cultural sites within its territory. The largest being the mountain range itself. The clan, and others surrounding them, believe the mountain is just as alive as they are. It’s a mythical beast that has emotions, desires, and abilities, expressing such things in many ways, to both the benefit and detriment of the cats that live in its foothills. It’s well believed and instilled that overhunting, gathering, or building displeases the mount, causing it to bring calamity onto the clan, things that it normally would protect them from. Harsh storms that are usually shielded from the valley can rain down hail and lightning if the mount so pleases. Falling rocks and landslides can also be jostled from its peaks and crush ill-fated cats or anyone the mountain deems unfit to survive. Not every negative event that hits the clan is seen in this way. The cats here know the land is harsh by itself, with or without the mountain’s influence. Only events directly connected to the mountain range are held as its action. This doesn’t stop some overzealous cats from pinning everything on it, though.

As the mountain is seen as an animal like themselves, clan cats seasonally bring offerings of food as thanks for the mountain protecting them and allowing them to live within its rocky chamber. Fresh kills are piled as high as the cats can carry them up the peak, directly above their camp. The only thing they expect in return is the continued protection of Fractured-Crag.

Another landmark is located about midway down into the valley, on the western side. In a large clearing, a stack of flat boulders jutting from the soft ground rises up and makes a platform that’s easy for a cat to scale. The clan calls it Mountain’s Paw, and they use this place as a graveyard and remembrance place for the lost. The spongy, fertile ground is covered in tall, bright colored lupines that fill the air with a sweet smell, drawing butterflies in new and green leaf seasons. The tranquil site is cherished and protected by the clan; even hunting is forbidden in this location, no matter if large prey wanders in.

Clan Using: Fractured-Crag
Prompt: territory: 16
Prompt Response:
Some locations within Fractured-Crag’s territory are considered foreign to them. Two-legs have built densities across the region, but only two sites can be found within the clan’s borders. They’re large structures that are constructed with wood from the largest trees in the area. They fell many trees by their dens, creating piles of logs and debris in their wake. The structures themselves have long since started to decay, making them dangerous to traverse and explore. Unsteady floors coupled with falling wood from the ceilings make it quite hazardous. But, lemmings, mice, and other small prey favor this abandoned camp as their own safe haven, drawing clan cats in despite the risk. There are plenty of nooks and crannies for small creatures to hide from larger predators like foxes and coyotes.

The largest of predators in the area, the black bear, have secluded dens on the fringes of Fractured-Crag’s territory. There’s only one den inside the borders, and it’s a home to a very feisty bear. He’s well acquainted with the clan and known to be a particularly difficult creature to get rid of. His den is in a hole under a fallen tree’s old root ball, several feet under ground. Of course, it’s forbidden to go there as it not only risks the life of the cat aprotching, but the life of the whole clan if the bear decides to follow them back.

Clan Using: Fractured-Crag
Prompt: territory: 26
Prompt Response:
As Fractured-Crag is up against the mountain range, its northern border is a sheer and rocky cliffside that leads to towering snow-topped peaks. To the east and west lie steep hills with tall, sturdy spruce trees covering them in a dense forest. These serve as physical walls to both protect the clan and keep anyone from accidentally wandering outside of it. Two clans reside outside of these barriers, one on each side: the Defiant-Storm Clan of the east, and the Antler-Cut Clan of the west. To the south of Fractured-Crag, down into the lower portion of the valley, is a flowing river that squares off the clan’s territory. This river is shared between Fractured-Crag and the Reaping-Wood Clan that lies just on the other side of it. Both clans have to put up with one another fishing there, but that doesn’t mean insults or passing comments and thrown across the way when cats from each clan happen to be there at the same time.

Along with the Reaping-Wood Clan, there’s a large collection of abandoned two-leg densities on the opposite side of the river. Two of the same type of densities are also in Fractured-Crag’s territory, but they’re right on the edge of the river and the eastern border. Thus, they’re mostly avoided unless a cat is accompanied by a few others in a group, just in case patrols from a rival clan, either from the south or east, decide to trespass on their territory.

I've answered a Clan prompt!
Username + ID: cecro 1018618
Clan Using: meadowclan
Prompt: Territory - 1
Prompt Response:
The landscape that the cats of MeadowClan have chosen for their territory is self explanatory—it's a lush, green meadow! The meadow is filled with tall grass, and several nooks and crannies throughout, with some sparse tree coverage and looming stones that often provide shade or safety out in the territory.

But not only that, MeadowClan's territory is also filled with a variety of flowers, namely bright yellow and orange marigolds, and some scarlet-red cosmos flowers that always catch the eyes of new apprentices venturing out. The clan finds itself blessed to have such a beautiful world around them at all times!

I've answered a Clan prompt!
Username + ID: cecro 1018618
Clan Using: meadowclan
Prompt: Territory - 3
Prompt Response:
The world MeadowClan resides in is akin to that of our own earth, but due to the territory not sticking to a particular location on the earth, I would personally say it is absolutely not the same as the world we live in today. I imagine that there would potentially be entirely different regions or countries contrasting with that of the planet we live on, particularly smaller land masses, with a few somewhat larger continents being more central to human population.

This is also because the cats of MeadowClan are probably a lot smarter than real life cats. Partially due to the cats in canonical warrior cats books being anthropomorphic, and having established ranks, clans, alongside the politics between those clans and the fact that there are apprentices that follow their mentors to specific training grounds to learn self defense and such.

But I would say MeadowClan adds onto this—with other secondary roles like the landscrapers and gardeners, and associations with loners in the form of the Copper Thorns cats that reside around the territory. This also includes bandages akin to the ones humans would use being used by cats, or how I imagine landscrapers would have specific tools and accessories they may wear to assist in their jobs of terraforming their clan camp and the land.

Which is to say, MeadowClan does not take place on earth. It does take place on an earth-like planet, but it is not the exact same as earth, even if it follows similar things like the animals that live there, and similar infrastructure, although I do imagine the infrastructure used by humans to be akin to that of past infrastructure, with less access to modern technology to go along with. Especially as I imagine MeadowClan would take place on a planet that has smaller regions and continents; the world being taken up by much more water, and maybe more named seas and oceans, compared to earth.

I've answered a Clan prompt!
Username + ID: PeepinBones + 1045189
Clan Using: Fractured-Crag
Prompt: Territory: 22
Prompt Response:
The largest body of water in Fractured-Crag’s territory is The Water Pass, a mild river that acts as the clan’s southern border. It flows at a good speed when it rains, but normally, an average-skilled swimmer can travel through it without much trouble. In Greenleaf, hordes of plump, red salmon swim upriver to spawn, attracting predators and scavengers from all over the region. Clans from either side of the river stalk the banks for fish within reach, careful to avoid hungry bears that have the same idea.

The river doesn’t just supply fish, its edges are full of edible berries, medicinal herbs, and willow trees that delicately hang over the water. Ducks, Geese, and other types of birds fly, swim, and hunt on or around the river as well. Other animals take advantage of the fresh water and abundant food available, making The Water Pass a hotspot of activity. Without the river, Fractured-Crag would lack a majority of its staple food and plant resources, so they’re willing to share it with the Reaping-Wood Clan, whose territory is just on the other side of the river. Either clan can very easily pass over into the other’s territory, but the threat of possibly losing their right to the river in the turf battle is too high to risk. So, both clans stay on their side, never passing the imaginary line that runs through the center of The Water Pass.

I've answered a Clan prompt!

Clan Using: Fractured-Crag
Prompt: Territory: 36
Prompt Response:
Fractured-Crag’s cold climate limits some more common herbs found further down south, but it still has a good variety of useful plants. Anything that grows here has to be strong and hardy, able to withstand the harsh bareleaf season year after year. Blackberries and raspberries are plentiful and provide a good food source in new & greenleaf. Other berries, like blueberries, can also be gathered and eaten for extra strength and provide extra variety in the clan’s diet. Water-loving trees such as willows and alder are plentiful by the riverside and allow for easy gathering of their bark and leaves for medicine.

Since the majority of the territory is well shaded by tall trees, plants that prefer direct sun are a tad harder to come by and require some diligent searching and/or cat-made locations. The clan plants some rarer herbs this way, breaking back tree limbs to make areas get more sun. The local healer is normally in charge of these operations, recruiting strong hunters to do heavy work if needed. Anything that they can’t get naturally or grow themselves is typically traded for with the other clans. The Reaping-Wood Clan has a good number of two-leg densites in their territory that are covered with overgrown exotic flowers and herbs. Fractured-Crag reutinly barters for pickings, trading some of their exclusive herbs in return.
