triantáfyllo is the daughter of the greek goddess persephone, but she doesn't have any of her powers or magical attributes due to being fathered by a human. and yet, she still has the love for plants and flowers just like her mother. her favorite flower is the rose, and she has a secret garden full of various types of roses despite her father's warnings.

her father hadn't known that he was in love with a goddess, and now he regrets ever coming to know persephone. a part of him wishes triantáfyllo hadn't been born, but the other part of him accepts her existence and forces her to be someone else totally unlike her mother. she hates being forced to be someone else, and she hates having to hide her garden.

he isn't abusive, but he keeps her often secluded and shut off from the world in her tiny room. there she often reads and draws to pass the time, as she doesn't have much else to do. over the years, triantáfyllo has gained a lot of intelligence from vocabulary and book experiences as well as artistic skills from drawing and sketching.

since her father has treated her in such a way, triantáfyllo believes that something is wrong with her and often prays to the gods and godesses for atonement. some of them hear her, and none of them answer her. she still believes that she is a mistake and that she needs to be better somehow.

yet that otherworldly feeling towards flowers still enraptures her, and she longs to be freed from this cage that her father has created.
