Yes, you can send your freebie hunting! Any bat you own (including freebies) can always hunt (unless hurt of course!), so there's no need to delete the post! Yes, bad things can happen to your bird. You can't lose a bird, but it can be hurt and must be healed (over time) to be able to hunt again! The number of days you should send it out depends on 1. How much fruit you want and 2. If you are OK with it having a higher chance of it getting hurt the longer it's out. The longer it's out, the higher chance it will have to come back injured, but it's always a random chance. Just know that if you are planning on breeding the bird or doing anything else with it, it can not be out hunting or else you must wait until it comes back, if it comes back hurt, you must wait until it's healed. Hunting doesn't cost fruits since there wouldn't be much of a point if you had to pay to receive fruits. If you have any more questions, feel free to DM me or ask them on here!
