For me, the stalker god is Random.org/RNG since it decides everyone's fates, but that's just me.

I kinda like that idea. Though who would own him I don't think it would be right for anyone to own him

Maybe he's just that，a description and a name that way he can be imagined by all differntly. For exsample I see a serpitine figure with the back frill of a sea，body of a field，tail of a plant，head crest of feathers like the tundra and legs of the kitsune who is as big as the mountains but as gentle as the sunshine.
