@grimmsaber yeah god i. wanted to when i first found orbies too and i am so glad i did not get accepted because i was freshly new to digital art and i didnt know the basics yet,, i made a bunch of practice cats still though! so always worth a shot

@konata the box is a markiplier reference!,, its been so long since i watched his horror series' so my memory could be entirely wrong but i think [?] its a reference to his playthroughs of amnesia, similar to pewdiepie making enemies of the barrels in the game, markiplier always picked up a small box that he named tiny box tim to take with him as he was walking around the map as a sort of 'buddy' to ward off the enemy lol

OH MY GOSH I forgot baby squills existed?? So iconic and baby!! What was the box supposed to be? I remember seeing those around but never got the reference

It was an old Markiplier reference- I believe it was Amnesia where he would just grab a random box, name it tiny box Tim, and just talk to it and carry it around through the game. I think there were at least three cats with/of him and that ones the final surviving one (I had the box cat and my Markiplier cat also had a tiny one floating next to him)

@tortured poet yeah he's the tiny baby. i honestly think i should gijinkafy a few of my orb cats into humanoids. i know church already had art of him as a human/oid kinda so doing it for boneless and tim and maybe jett could be fun if i ever get the braincells for it

I have a screenshot of my orb cats on my old ipad cus I didn’t know how to save them back then ;A;; Technically I could revive them but they’d loose their animation which sadly the majority of my cats at the time were!

AND YES down to humanize orb cats. I’d love to draw all our orb cat human ocs together !! There are so many I’m gatekeeping for nostalgia sake so I need to look through old fcs and see what I forgot I owned to donate…

I NEVER WATCHED MARKIPLIER ACTUALLY BUT THE TINY BOX TIM THAT RINGS A BELL! Probably CUS y’all were yapping about it lol! Were there other cats with that? Why did the baby squill have it that’s so random LOL. And omg I remember the pewdiepie orb cat with the “barrels are coming” text!!

@konata fun fact the pewdiepie barrel orb cat is still intact! at least the last time i checked the member archive it was still there and working. a relic not yet lost [time will tell it could still get bombarded one day]

Yess I saw it too!! Imgur literally saving our cats... What would we do it it dies oml! And yeah same! I'm logged into cs 24/7 and maybe it's the old nostalgia of seeing the Orb Cat fandom being red that makes me want to instantly click it and reply *o*

Ohhh I love her she's such an icon! When I think of you I think about that cat in my head! XD My cat named Moonlight was in the Orb Cat Manga too, even though she was literally a BEG custom cat lol

Oh okay that's fine cus I use my imgur account to upload them and never had a problem with the images being deleted! Though for the shelter cats with no IDs I'm thinking of just transferring all to TH and giving it to new adopters that way... Gonna back up all my orbies on there too hehe
