reference/description: I would like a the main base of the cat very light blue.it has a raincloud above it. and its raining on the cat. But the cat is very happy. I would like the rain to be actually raining on the cat. And on the cat there is small swirls in a darker shade of blue. Also could the cat's tail be a fluffy? if not just a regular tail wag.
