The trio hobble home, balancing heaps of scrap in their arms.
"Maybe we're just not looking in the right spots?" asks Pennyroyal, holding a pile of metal steady under her chin.
"We've tried in a bunch of different places," Inia mumbles in reply. "It's fine. The Guild will get some use out of it, yeah?"
"...It must be useful for something," Guilla says, piping up uncharacteristically. The other two turn to look at them, questioningly. "W-well. Everything has a use. And some things' use is to be useless."
Pennyroyal giggles, nodding enthusiastically. The motion sends her precariously balanced pile of scrap tumbling to the ground in a scattered heap. Inia guffaws, accidentally dropping hers too. The sight sends her into a doubled-over fit of laughter. Guilla drops their pile ceremoniously after a beat, contributing to the absolute mess around them. Finally, when everyone's laughter quells enough, they recollect their scrap and head home.
