Coralclaw is a brash and bold she-cat, very opinionated and very rarely holds her tongue against something she disagrees with. This can get her into a lot of trouble, but she's prepared for that as well. She is an incredibly skilled warrior and is aware of this. She brags about her hunting and fighting skills every day, especially to impress other she-cats. She doesn't seem to have any weaknesses until you start to look deeper and at her behaviors. When she is around she-cats she likes she gets flustered and embarrassed quickly, acts like less than she is, and is an incredibly sweet she-cat altogether. When others tease or call her out for this behavior she becomes normal again and will start fights if a cat is going over her line.

She acts super tough because she feels like she has to impress other she-cats, but when she actually gets in a situation where she needs to have a nice conversation with them she can barely talk. Instead, she is a stuttering and stammering mess.

She is very loyal though and would never think about hurting them or her clan. If someone were to threaten her clan she would actually kill them.

Applestar is a sweet cat normally, very open to new ideas and new cats. She likes to hold conversations with her clanmates and go hunting or patrolling with them. It's just the cat she is. However, she can get insecure at nighttime. Being the daughter of a historical figure in TideClan's history isn't very easy for her. She struggles to see how she can even compare to her mother, Tadpolestar, and it makes her doubt herself and her abilities in an extreme way. Her mate, Squidwhisker, helps her get over these feelings though.

She can be incredibly defensive when defending someone or something that she loves, like her mate, son, and clan, and will go to extreme lengths when necessary to defend them. She doesn't believe in favoritism so she treats her son, Reefkit, just like most of the other kits in the clan, though there will always be a small part in her heart that will treat him differently.

She isn't comfortable with spending all of her time cooped up somewhere so when she became a queen it was under the agreement that she and Squidwhisker would trade off so one wasn't with their son the entire time, making her much happier and feel freer during his time as a kit.
