After the big fight Fromis had with the other omni, he wanted to take a little rest and found a great place for the pups to play safely while he tended his wounds. They're a little worried as well but he reassures them to play some before they continue on their rummaging spree.

Link to last Rummage: heresmudge and nickel decided to head back home to clean up nickel's injuries before returning to the wasteland- this time with a couple more eyes. slug might be one of the group's troublemakers but at least he's aware of his surroundings. though the whole debacle does not, even in the slightest bit, convince nickel she should stop talking.

With the weather a bit nicer, the three find themselves venturing through rolling hillsides of sand- somewhere they wouldn't normally explore with the little one tagging along. Since the visibility was good and the weather was mild, it was a great day to dig around in the sand. Howler and Rose search for something that may be useful, while Sunny excitedly digs holes in the soft soil- well, he will sleep good tonight with all that energy he's burning up!

While setting up an area to rest for the night, Nessa joined their little ragtag group. Fuego let out a relieved sigh when Nessa asked to acompany them. Having another adult in their group would make monitoring the pups much easier. After a good night of sleep, the group decided to push onwards. Nessa easily kept Chione occupied on their journey, poining out new sights as they travelled. Fuego, now energised and with help, had a much easier time of keeping Terra close by. He even spent a bit of time playing with and entertaining the pup whenever he would notice him growing restless.

Nivir shakes his head at Lorien's smug confidence at finding a surprising amount of bones in one pile. He is admittedly curious what they came from, as they usually don't fid so many at once. He doesn't voice this curiosity though, as the pups bound over to inspect them with rapt fascination.
He also doesn't admit that he's rather proud of the two pups being genuinely curious, rather than scared or offput by the bones. "If you can stomach that kind of find, then you can likely stomach anything else we'll find out here. Let's keep searching." He suggests as he turns away to keep walking.

As the pair discussed their wants and dreams, their talks of far off lands much more welcoming and hospitable than the wastelands, the sun seemed to either take offense, or want to give them hope. For the briefest of moments it peaked through the hazy smog to gleam off something shiny just ahead of them. An Ichor Omni shard! What fortune! If they found enough of them, they’d have all the more reason to travel from these lands. Perhaps it was a sign of better things to come!

After such a scare, and seeing Fromis genuinely needing rest, the pups dutifully stay close as he rests. Engaging in silly rambunctious pup games to entertain themselves while they wait to keep rummaging. As they scuffle about, one of the pups kicks something in the dust that makes a strange noise as it connects. Play immediately halted, the pair inspected the item closer. Wire! A nice chunk of it at that! They scurry on back to Fromis to proudly show him their find!x25!

Hello! When you post rummage posts please post an excerpt about your Omni's Rummaging! See other posts for examples!
(also your co-op link led to your last main thread post, but that had a link to your co-op so I was able to check it easily, in the future, please link directly to your co-op!)

With a fresh pair of eyes, and ears that will hopefully be able to hear over Nickel’s incessant chatter, the trio set off. As energetic as usual, Nickel does as Nickel will, talking poor Smudge’s ears off about anything and everything. The weather is particularly nicer than usual she praises, the ground is more stable than it had been lately she notes, there’s something to be said about everything as far as she is concerned. Slug, new to this whole rummaging with Nickel and Smudge thing, starts to stray a bit on his own. Probably for the best, otherwise he might never have come across a hefty stash of wire tucked under some brambles. Will he call the others over, or keep the loot for himself?x100!

The sandy hillsides are sure to have plenty of treasures hidden within, Rosie and Howler were right to want to take the young pup to such a place to rummage. Surely they weren’t expecting little Sunny to be the one to find something first, though with his enthusiastic digging it shouldn’t have been much of a surprise. As Sunny digs into the soft sandy ground, his claws thunk against something very definitely solid. With a triumphant shout, he doubles his efforts until he uncovers… bones?

The group seems more about keeping the pups entertained and occupied, than actively rummaging for anything useful. That’s ok though. Some days, especially when the weather is mild, should be taken easy and enjoyed. As Terra gets restless again though, he begins to stick his nose in places he probably shouldn’t. Or probably should more often? He holds up a dirty filter asking Fuego what it is. Perhaps they can find a way to clean it off and find a use for it.

As they continue their journey, the pups chatter about what other gross stuff they could possibly find after the pile of bones Lorien found. They’re determined to find something even more strange or creepy, to prove to Nivir that they can indeed stomach anything else the wasteland throws at them. Unfortunately, all they seem to find is some scraps of fabric that would be useless for much else than leg wraps or bandages. Lorien informs them that GT would probably like them, and they are suddenly enthusiastic about their find.
There is no small image for the leg wraps so liking instead of including image directly.

Link to last Rummage: hereslug was only tempted for a moment to keep the wire stash to himself, but alas, it was not edible. he tried. at least twice, on his way back to smudge and nickel. nickel immediately started thinking out loud about all of the things they could do with the wire, while smudge was simply happy with the find because it was shiny. with the wire tucked away, smudge and slug set back off, nickel being distracted for a moment by her musings before scrambling to catch up.
Fromis is enjoying watching over these pups playing around hoping they find more stuff!

Nessa takes charge of the front of the little group as the trudge deeper into the wastelands. She mainly keeps her eyes out for any potential danger or lost pups, but she also manages to occasionally rummage around. Terra, having received praise on his findings, diligently follows behind Nessa rummaging in any place he thinks might just have something else useful. Chione curiously watches Terra. She seems a bit distracted as she follows him around, tilting her head in confusion. Fuego pulls up the rear of the group. He keeps a casual eye on the pups in their little troop while also managing to rummage around in places of interest that Terra and Nessa may have missed.
