extra: Moss is very excited today- both Phoenix and the new friend they met while scavenging yesterday agreed to join them on a visit to the Ruins! Rat is happily staying home to guard Moss's collection of statues while the trio goes on an adventure. Moss wonders what kinds of new things they can find to create more accessories for their statues with, while Phoenix is curious to see a new place, and the third member of their party just seems happy to tag along. (Thank you! Also I love my new Werm and definitely want to adopt them <3)

Despite hanging out with Neil and Mike, Dante couldn't bring himself to abandon his dream, and so once more he can be seen near the edge of the market district, on a folding chair, surrounded by unsold and underappreciated art.

He's just about to pack up when, to his surprise, someone actually stops in front of the paintings and sheets with poems. The werm has more limbs than average, but Dante pays it no mind. He does, however, notice his short but very fluffy tail, which is quite cute, and, more importantly, the chainsaw he's carrying, which is worrying rather than cute. Dante says nothing, though. Finally, to his astonishment, the stranger points to one of the paintings and asks:

"How much for this one?"

Dante actually smiles. "Fifty gummies, please." Finally. Someone bought something.

The other werm hands over the payment and picks up the canvas in question, managing to balance it along with the chainsaw in his paws, probably thanks to the number of them.

"This stuff is really cool, by the way. Are you always set up here? I'd like to buy more sometime."

"Thank you! And yes, usually. What's your name?"

"Hyacinth. And what's yours?"

"Dante. I'm sorry, but I can't help but ask... What's the chainsaw for?"

This time, it's Hyacinth who smiles. "I do chainsaw carving as a hobby!"

"Oh! So you're an artist, too? Actually, would you like to go scavenging with me?"
