"Hey little buddies, what's got you wandering so far up on land?" she asked them. Of course, she got no verbal (or written) response, but... The little crabs around her started to clack their claws together, seemingly in rhythm together.
Allison did not expect the crabs to be musical. She stared at them for a bit, before speaking up again. "...You feel bored huh? Want some music perhaps? I know the feel you see... going for too long without music would drive me crazy too and cause me to steal stuff, my guys."
She had made up her mind. Allison got up, and followed after some crabs who seemed to be in a hurry somewhere, carrying some sort of fruit between them. After a while of following them, as well as helping them pick up their fruit again when it was dropped time and time again, she arrived at a large, secluded cove. What she found both did and didn't surprise her.
The walls were lined with pretty rocks and shiny trinkets. There was a small table of sorts set up as well, with some fruits and other edible items on it. The crabs Allison had followed quickly set their fruit down on the table. Were they waiting for something?
She soon noticed that all the crabs had turned to look at her. After a while of uncomfortable staring, during which she was very worried her ankles were gonna get grabbed by a crab, the crabs started clicking their claws again. This time, it seemed to be some sort of specific rhythm. Hmm... This gave her an idea.
After looking for her brother and speaking to him, Allison had acquired a guitar. She was nowhere near as good at it as her brother Jackston was, since her speciality was drums, but she wasn't half bad either. Strumming the guitar, she made her way back to the cove, with a growing train of crabs following her. Soon enough she was back to the cave, with a song playing on her guitar, based on the crabs clicking. She jumped up on an elevated rock at the back of the cove, and took a deep breath... before giving her guitar a hard test strum.
The cove echoed with the note, and soon enough the crabs had gathered around, excitedly clicking their claws. After a while of what seemed like a sort of... crab applause(?), the crabs started clicking in rhythm again. Allison smirked, and shouted her band's usual gig starter: "ARE YOU READY FOR SOME MUSIC?"
After a few hours of loud playing, during which a monkey seemingly joined her on drums, and an octopus somehow procured a xylophone, Allison fell down in an exhausted heap. She was BEAT, but the crabs seemed happy with her. They all clicked their claws as if to say "thank for the music!". Allison smiled, happy at a job well done.
It seems the crab rave had been a success!
