I think the second is the Mimic as it seem to have done copy mistakes and it could not copy moving, living things (birds)

Differences:
- Eye shapes are different. Second image missing Pupil.
- Birds in first image, missing in second.
- Flowers in second image, missing in first.
- Stone missing under the broken picket fence top left

I think the mimic is the second image

The first photo has birds in the sky, rocks by the fence #2 does not, a pupil, and its eye is open. It is missing flowers though
The second photo is missing two different rocks by the fence, birds in the sky, and a pupil. Its eye is also almost closed, and flowers are added to its picture.
I believe the 1st photo is a mimic?.

I think the first photo is a Mimic cause most sqim have round pupils!
