you have to save it as a png or jpg then upload it to an image hosting website. i personally use imgur ^^

cs staff is infamously slow with replying to help tickets (speaking from personal experience here), and can take up to a week to get back to you, so no, they have not replied back. but i will let you know once i have heard from them :>
