Are artists allowed to trade customs for pets/ items/ cherrys / PPs? For example, I make four, than someone wants a custom but wants to pay in CS pets instead of cherries, are artists allowed to trade said custom?

Sadly, no if you're making the custom for them specifically. If you made a custom and decided you wanted to trade it for PPs, cherries, or items, then you go to the trading thread ^^ No CS pets though!
