So...are we allowed to make one for ourselves? Or is it just the artists?

The birthday kitties were originally planned for an artist to make for them self, or for another artist to make a staff member. A non staff member may order a birthday themed kitty I suppose, but the birthday kitties were an idea I thought would be a substitute payment for an artists with infinite sparkles.
