so. it could have been worse... bourbon placed his small black backpack on a chair in his small apartment and eyed his surroundings, which were dim in the light of a small yellow bulb mounted on the low ceiling. what a depressing easter sight. to put it simply, things... just didn't really go so well today. not something he didn't expect, things always tended to happen at the bar, but with him having managed to mess everything up on his own (dropped a glass filled with high quality wine, let it shatter on the floor and had to clean it up, got drunk and apparently almost fought a wrestler, woke up outside the bar) but it had ended in someone egging the entire bar? good lord.
he rubbed his face and walked into his bathroom. he hadn't met toby at the bar, one of his amigos... eh. that didn't matter much when he had to consider the pain in his legs and head, he washed his face with cold water and looked at his tired reflection. he looked twice his age for once... he needed sleep. hoping he didn't fall again or ruin his day anymore. this day had been bad enough, he wanted no more of this blasphemy.
