Color-in RESULTS

"AHAH!" The sudden familiar voice squawks, catching you off guard. "You've come back just in time! They're ready!"

Before one could even stop to process that foreboding statement, movement can be seen behind the familiar spooky figure. The sweet, warm scent of freshly-baked cookies fills the air as a group of Gekkons excitedly pushes through! Some of them even have bites taken out of them, but they don't seem bothered in the slightest!

STORY CONCLUSION

The spooky Gekk who made this Christmas an unforgettable ordeal, one filled with dramatics and theatrics, looks around at their work proudly and maybe a bit smugly. In fact, they look rather comfortable.

Before they could get too comfortable, though, a shadow suddenly casts over them from above.



"Witherwing," A new voice booms. "what are you still doing out here? It's much too late for both your holiday and the one you tried to steal!"

Their new voice isn't unkind, but stern, more comparable to a caretaker lightly scolding a child.



The spooky Gekk, with their name spoken aloud for the first time, gave a small hiss.

"You've killed the mystery!" They complained. "And besides, the rainforest loves me! I'm entertaining them!"

The new Gekk, resembling Krampus now that one might think about it, seemed to roll his eyes.

"You can entertain them during your own proper time. I assure you, you'll have your chance this next time." Krampus said slowly, but decisively. "You've wreaked enough havoc and you've left your gifts. Gather your things, we're going back."

Witherwing tilted their head back and groaned dramatically, but nonetheless, followed Krampus's instructions. Once everything was gathered back into their mysterious sack and they prepared to leave, Witherwing turned around and waved their arms and wings at any remaining Gekkons.

"It's never too late to give someone a fright, or pull off a prank, or ask for my autograph, or-" Witherwing's voice was abruptly cut off as Krampus grabbed ahold of one of their wings and zipped away into the forest at alarming speeds. They were both gone in the blink of an eye, leaving only a puff of snowflakes in their wake.

The rainforest had already begun warming up once more, since Witherwing's ploy was brought to a stop, and it will soon return to its normal, warm climate within the following days. New friends frolic about, some showing off their new fancy apparel! Though it had a rough start, this winter holiday season was one that'll stick in the minds of Gekkons for a while to come.
