What happens when there are bks that banned members get before they get banned what happens can they go up for takes?

If so I was looking through the By versions and saw Spottedleaf<3 was banned but her bks where never taken away what does that mean?

If there up for grabs can I have them?

And what did she do to get banned..if you don't mind me asking?

as for Spottedleaf<3 i can not quite remember, i believe she was spamming the thread/causing drama.
when a member of the community is banned, they are simply not allowed in the community anymore.
this means they may not adopt any more bell kitties/post on the thread.
in the past we have not given away and i believe we do not plan on it.
