A mysterious pale cracked cauldron overflowing with some sort of blue bubbly liquid. The liquid smells heavily of dish soap... someone might just be letting their cauldron soak in the sink

my sluggum family approach the cauldron, and in an instant all heads turned to mama demetria ... she knew all things strange and mysterious. she tells them, "toss in what is important to you, and all of those will manifest sooner or later." flora tossed love, aurora tossed peace, stellaluna tossed hugs, and gummie tossed smooches in the cauldron, causing the most mystical and sweetest of spells to cast itself vigorously within the cauldron. the words of their desires start to glow vibrantly on the cauldron itself, and as they took turns to mix the brew, (and a little extra bit of sparkles and pixiedust from gummie !!), a fizz of pink liquid imbued with stars bubbled over, smelling faintly like sweet candies and joy. it took all of demetria's power to not let gummie and spooks drink it just yet (perhaps someone should have tossed patience...)

"Sugar and Spice, mix it twice. Add a pinch of salt -- a dash of herbs, and....oh? Oh no!!! That darned black cat! I think it knocked in some of my night-light mushrooms! Is that cat hair?!!! Great...now I'll have to toss this batch. At least that cat is cute, and makes for a mostly useful familiar. I guess I can't stay too mad. Well, I'll leave this batch here until I can properly dispose of it. Off to make a new one!" - a snippet of a memory from Sairen.

Yikes! While trying to make a bunch of blueberry jam for friends,
it seemed jamming out to rock music during a thunderstorm was NOT the move!
In a turn of events, the pot was struck by lightning, creating this bubbling brew!
Ingredients: Blueberries, sugar, maple syrup, lemon juice, love, & lightning!

The mysterious instructions found carved in a cozy cave behind a waterfall indicates that this brew would summon your own dreamworld companion; An adventuring companion and guardian to traverse your dreams together with be they sweet dreams or nightmares.

Ingredients: Essence of moon, blood of dragon, Azure Crystals infused with stardust, Silver sword shards, and bottled dream smoke.

Oh look, there's instructions and notes in a tome of how to brew it too!

Essense of Moon: Draw water from the lake while the full moon shines
Blood of Dragon: I think my neighbour is a dragon...maybe I can ask them for a drop? 8miles NW from here
Azure Crystals infused with stardust: this writing is hard to decipher, could it be those glowing stones you see winking in the back of the cave?
Silver sword shards: Shards of once heroic weapon; I've stored these in hidden crevice #3 This hero was a brave warrior in their time...
Bottled Dream smoke: light a scented candle or incense and hold a vial while you sleep to collect the dream smoke.

you turn your back for a moment to grab your cinnamon orange essential oil vial..
and a tiny black spider crawls into the cauldron shaped mug! ☕️ he thought the brew was an unoccupied hot tub..

well, you see it was supposed to be a delightful infusion of sour green apple, amythest, bubblegum, and nickelodeon slime i found at a sketchy warehouse... but a weird spider crawled out halfway through and started reciting the bee movie script... not sure where my concoction went wrong, but maybe i have to give alchemy more practice :/

what did you brew into your cauldron?:

Shana came up with it herself - a "nice-smelling" potion that "soothes you and reminds you of autumn". So, she ordered the rest of our Sluggum gang to gather as many autumnal leaves and tree branches as their paws could carry.
After an hour or so, they arrived with a massive collection. Shana shoved them into the boiling cauldron filled with river water she collected on her own as best as she could, mashing them up and stirring them with great care. It's possible a few shed bug shells, blades of grass and clumps of soil made their way into there, but she didn't care.
When the gang asked for what Shana required next, and she replied with... laughter. Honestly, she just wanted to shove things into it to see what would happen. She made it up as she went along, and none of them thought to outwardly question her madness.
So... we have no clue what this mess is going to conjure up, but we sure do hope nothing too bad happens...

A concoction of melted down Jolly Ranchers, edible glitter, and- oh NO what just spilled into it?? What is that on the side?? Did someone turn on the blacklight? Why is it glowing?
Ohh, but I can't complain, it does look nice! I'm not so sure about how edible it might be now, but I'm sure it'll make lovely decoration! I have been needing a new lava lamp...
