Prompt Answer: I think that Jack-O-Lanterns are super cool, especially the uber-detailed ones. Sadly, I've never carved anything more complicated than a basic face. Svetlana and Kaiden both share my opinion although Kaiden wonders who has the time to make the more complicated carvings.

Having never had the opportunity to make a Jack-o-Lantern of his own, Rytter is a bit in the dark about them. Yet he really doesn't feel as if he's missed anything. He sees them everywhere during the Halloween season, after all; at every door of every house, and in many store displays. He appreciates how decorative they are, especially when mixed in with gourds and corn and hay and stuff, and hates it when he sees his favorites start to rot. At the same time though, Rytter isn't a fan of those fake foam and plastic pumpkins that come pre-carved - especially the ones covered in glitter! Yeesh! He'd never have one of those. When he finally does get old enough to have a jack-o-lantern of his very own, he's going to carve it himself.
