Information on Whether or Not She Counts as a Nursery Slot or Adult Slot:

So...I'm a little confused right now, and am wondering if you could clear some things up.

The rules state that any person can own 10 RPWs and 8 pups. I currently own 5 RPWs (not counting my freebie that doesn't count, as he was obtained during the 2015 Summer Event), and will have a semi-custom soon, so that will bring me up to 6 RPWs. I wanted to adopt two RPWs from the Pound, and have nearly finished their forms - one is a pup, and one is a teen. Would the pups adopted from the Pound go toward my pup count or my adult count, as one is a teen and one is pup, and I'm not sure what the rules are regarding teens. Are they counted as children or as adults?

Just thought I'd PM you this and ask, as I am a bit confused after mulling about the question and I thought I'd ask someone who'd know for sure.

One Odd Thing About Her:
She's always wanted to try a pizza burger, and has put it at the top of her bucket list to actually try one of these things before she dies.

Short Personality:
Azlyn is SUPER energetic. She does her best to slow down when around her less-bouncy friends, but true to a pup her age, her energy is endless and she can literally go the entire day without drinking one drop of coffee, but by looking at her, you'd guess she'd downed five cups.

She can often be seen cooking or stuffing her face full of food - it's one of the few things in life she doesn't have any negative feelings towards. She adores being able to take simple ingredients and combine them to make something amazing and delicious that can be enjoyed by most everyone. Azlyn also likes to sing, but does so only when she is truly content and happy, so...she doesn't make music with her voice all that often.

She has a bad habit of getting depressed when something bad happens, even if it's something small, like running out of milk. And to get her out of her funk is difficult to do, though throwing a steaming piece of cheese pizza in front of her never hurts. Most of the time, however, she's joyous and very upbeat.

While Azlyn tries her best to not care about what others think of her, harsh words always seem to affect her horribly. She spirals down into an even deeper depression if she's hurt emotionally than she would if she was hurt physically. After all, bruises heal, but words can never be taken back. She does get over whatever she's reeling from eventually, however, even if it does take months of her time up to do so. Because of her almost obsessive-like behavior in regards to food, she often gets made fun of, and is called nasty names about her weight - she isn't the skinniest RPW around, though she certainly isn't obese. She just shows her love of food by being a bit pudgy for her age; and other RPWs her age seem to make fun of her for it. She can't help it if her metabolism is a little bit slower than everyone else's, and that all the foods she loves are fattening! She'll usually just sit and take the verbal abuse from her peers, breaking down at a later point by crying herself to sleep - but when it comes to food, she'll usually take a stand and yell back at her attackers...which usually doesn't end well for her. She's come home with black and blue bruises more than a few times. Thankfully, she's learned her lesson - she doesn't hang around those parts of town any more, and does her best to stay away from pups like that.

Most of the time, Azlyn does her best to keep her very few friends happy with her cooking and baking skills - and that's not a very hard feat to accomplish, seeing as she's an excellent chef. She is honestly happier in the kitchen, helping the older RPWs cook...or cooking herself! This little one can handle things all by herself that a lot of the adults she's friends with don't even know how to do. She can cook a steak perfectly, and pair strawberries with anything you can imagine and yet still make them taste good. In fact, one of her younger friends (older than she is, but not quite an adult yet) Bellinda adores hanging out with the pup, in the kitchen or not. Bellinda is currently taking baking lessons from Azlyn, and even though she has to admit that it's a little odd taking baking lessons from someone far younger than you, she has to agree that Azlyn knows what she's doing, and it's best to learn from someone than to not learn at all.

So, while Azlyn has had her share of rough days and tough times, she tries her hardest to not get her down. If all else fails to lighten her mood, you'll probably find her in the kitchen, cooking and baking her problems away.


Passion/Hobby in Life:
"I absolutely ADORE cooking and baking - anything that has to do with food, really! Food is my passion, and my way of life. If you're hungry and I'm around, there's no need to worry - I'll whip you up anything you'd like! Pizza is a personal favorite of mine, though I also do love delicious glazed donuts...so if you ask for either of these things, I'll probably eat them alongside you, but otherwise, I'll cook or bake you anything you can think of! There are very few foods I am not knowledgable about, so if you happen to amazingly request a food I don't know of, please be understanding - I'm still learning to be a great chef, after all!
Something I enjoy doing for fun - other than cook and bake, I mean - is looking up food hacks. Like, there's this new hack about how to take the tops off of strawberries. Oh, yeah, and this older - but still totally cool - way of cutting a large amount of cherry tomatoes. And then there's this totally awesome KitKat brownie that I just adore...but I've got a major sweet tooth. And then there's that really neat thing where if you rinse bacon off in cold water before you cook it, it will shrink less once you start cooking it. Oh, and I almost forgot about this one! This one's a really neat way to serve pizza to your friends without even having to use any plates! Oh, and - don't worry, this is my last one; I get the feeling you're growing tired of seeing these, as your eyes are sort of glazing over - did you know that popcorn is actually one of the healthiest snacks you can eat, because it helps your teeth, bones, muscles, tissues, and aids in digestion? Anyways, now that you know I love food and everything related to it, maybe you'll come to understand me better as a being. Ciao!"

Why do You Want Her?
As I was looking through the kennels, my eyes found this sweetheart here. Azlyn is an absolutely STUNNING RPW. With her gradient blue base, lovely pale magenta swirls, light blue circles, and awesome magenta eyes, this sweetheart is so beautiful that I cannot even put her beauty into words. My first impression of her was that she had a massive amount of potential. When I looked at her I immediately thought of a chef, and that was what inspired me to decide to make her love and passion in life food. Every time I look at Azlyn I have to smile - she just brightens my whole mood, seeing her stare out from the screen in my direction. I adore every tiny thing about her, particularly her design, but also her entire personality, and how she is a little like myself - a foodie. I love food - particularly eating it - and while I'm not a good cook at all, I will speak highly of great food and negatively of bad food. I'm super picky when it comes to meals, as well. When I looked at Azlyn I weighed all of this information and decided to make her what I'm not - an excellent chef, and not picky at all when it comes to food. However, I decided to include something else about her that IS shared with me - she adores food at least as much as I do (if not more-so) and she speaks highly of good food and negatively of bad food. In other words, Azlyn could very well be a food critique when she gets older. Like I mentioned before, this pup is just bursting with potential, and I'd love to unlock that.

What Will You do With Her?
I will use her as a beloved character, drawing art of her traditionally - quite a lot, as it's faster for me to do this than to do so by other means - and digitally - less frequently, though I'll try my best. I may also order art of her, should I find someone willing with a price that's right. I will probably write something up about her every so often, as I try to do for all of my characters, be it a short Q&A or a full-fledged and detailed story.
She will definitely have her own page on my Weebly character website (my website is still a WIP, as I'm constantly expanding the information all ready present and deleting information that is no longer needed, so if something seems off it's just because I'm still working on it), alongside my several other RPWs.

Brief Note About Family:
Even though I contacted a user who owned one of one of Azlyn's family members, he/she never got back to me about her family members, so I had to go and search for them myself. Took several hours of searching through different user's posts, but I finally managed to get most of them down here.
Couldn't find much of her mother's side of the family, and after looking through most of the different versions of the archives, including the current one, I STILL couldn't find her family members. After a bit more searching I found her ref and found out that she was a custom, and thus didn't technically have any family members until after she mated with Jacob. So, that's why her side of the tree looks very barren.
And then there's Azlyn's brothers and sisters. While the early-made brothers and sisters all have names and owners, several of the later pups don't even have owners or names as of this date (8/27/2015), and thus I could not include them...but their lack of names and/or lack of owners doesn't mean that they aren't related to Azlyn, so I still wanted to include them in the family listing below.

She was named after Carl Norac, who wrote I Love You so Much.
Lola means "Sorrows," and is Spanish in origin.

Short Personality:
Lola tends to be more of a quiet soul, and isn't very talkative by nature. While she doesn't mind talking to you if you approach her, she certainly isn't a jabber-mouth and will never talk your ears off. She is quite shy and blushes easily when uncomfortable, and she's been made fun of this trait before, so she does her best to stay away from RPWs her own age. She is very observant by nature, and often will just seem as if she's staring off into space, when in reality she's actually focusing on something far away that she's watching intently, be it a ladybug or another RPW. She sometimes plays a game with herself - see if you can guess what the RPW is feeling and/or saying without actually hearing any words spoken. It involves a lot of watching and lipreading, though most of the conversations can usually be understood by body language alone.

Lola, being a quiet girl, doesn't really like loud RPWs. She'll hang around them to be polite, but she'd honestly rather be home, playing music or reading a book. She's quite a bookworm, and owns a large collection of music books. She'll often pour over information regarding her two favorite composers - Bach and Beethoven - and will spend hours reading up on these musicians of old. She'll read other things, as well, but never horror or suspense. She once read a book that was supposedly not scary, but she had nightmares all night from reading it! After that point, she swore to never read another horror or suspense book again.

Lola can be painfully awkward at times. She definitely has difficulties socializing, but particularly with RPWs her own age. She has very little in common with the younger crowd, and wishes she enjoyed more of the things that they did so that she could related to them better and perhaps have more friends. She tends to mutter to herself and mumble whenever she speaks, and this causes quite a bit of confusion on the part of those trying to hear what she has to say. She does her best to speak up when asked, but most RPWs just get too frustrated with her and storm off, never to truly understand what it's like feeling like you'll never have anything good to say to contribute to the conversation at hand. This is partially why Lola is so quiet - most of her social interactions have been negative, so she thinks of them as necessary "evils" that have to be done to get to the place where she wants to go: her peacefully quiet house. Lola is definitely what you'd call an introvert, and prefers to walk away from an issue than to attack it and speak her mind, as she often fears how others will respond to her if she is brave enough to speak up. She's slowly getting over this irrational fear, but only time will tell if Lola will ever become less socially-awkward and more willing to converse with other RPWs.

Occupation:
Musician Extraordinaire
Lola is a musician. A child prodigy, she learned the basics of music (notes, scales, staffs, time signatures, etc.) very young, and excels at most anything musically-speaking. Her niche is the violin, though she also plays the flute and piano beautifully as well. She can sing, but her voice often sounds a bit "garbled" or "unpleasant" to the average passerby, due to her bad habit of mumbling out everything. That doesn't stop her from singing completely, however - but given the choice between singing in front of a group of RPWs and playing the violin in front of a group of RPWs, she'll choose violin over voice any day.

Why do You Want Her?
The moment I looked at her I absolutely fell in love. Her simple yet lovely design captivated me and drew me in for a closer look. With her mundane white and brown pelt, you'd think I would have just looked her over for a more flashy RPW, right? Nope. I love her entire design. Her white and pale brown base really helps accentuate the gentle splashes of dark brown on her ears and body. The cute little blush lines on her face really solidify the idea I had for her - have her be meek and quiet, but beautifully talented when it comes to music. And then I had another thought. Why not make her deaf? Not fully deaf - more hard-of-hearing. And then I had the marvelous idea to make her partially deaf in her left ear. Why marvelous? Because it makes sense. Studies have shown that animals with white pelts and pale eyes (usually blue) are more likely to be deaf. Seeing as Lola has green eyes and a while pelt, deafness would be more of a likelihood for her than for any of the other RPWs I've seen here in the pound. And because she isn't fully white and doesn't have blue eyes, she was born only partially-deaf in her left ear - not fully deaf in both ears. And THAT is how I was inspired to try out for this absolutely amazing RPW whom I have grown so fond of.

What Will You do With Her?
I will use her as a character here on CS, drawing art of her traditionally - quite a lot, as it's faster for me to do this than to do so by other means - and digitally - less frequently, though I'll try my best. I may also order art of her, should I find someone willing with a price that's right. Short Personality;; He is very curious about both the weather and its
effects. He likes to study it and do projects on it, and when he goes to college he
plans to study and major in weather science. He also likes to make things based on
the weather, and often paints rain storms or blizzards.
Why i want Him/Her;; He has such a simple yet brilliant design, based
on storm clouds and rain. Yet it still looks natural, like a border collie dog. I just fell
in love with his design, and as soon as I saw him I was immediately able to come up
with a personality and overall character for him.
What will you do with Him/Her;; Love him, make art of him, order art
of him, and turn him into a very detailed character <3 Also, I plan on keeping him with

Why I want Him;; Firstly, I love his simple design. It's really cute, but not insanely complex. A good, overall mix. I also like the color combinations. Not only that, but I love his paint color as well. It's bright compared to the darker design, but fits it. It reminds me of butterscotch actually, which fits along with the theme of dark chocolate he was based off of. Not only that, but his eyes look kind of sad, which actually inspired a personality idea.
What will you do with Him;; Firstly, I will love Donker. He will be my second RPW if I win him, and I will make sure to give him lots of love. Not only that, but he will also be my first adult RPW and my first RPW that I won in a contest, since my first was gifted to me. :3 Not only that, but I will rp with him and give him some friends/enemies/ect, and hopefully get some art as well!

caden is... an individual who is idealistic and creative. their ideas are
almost always two steps ahead from those of others. their great mind is
arguably a result of their hobby of reading encyclopedias as though they
were their life. they used to spend their nights as a child underneath their
bedcovers with a flashlight and a book to read, and it would always end up
badly when they were found out reading instead of sleeping. however, this
type of mind does come with some difficulties. they have trouble speaking
sometimes as a result of reading more than socializing, and they do have
issues when they try to talk to someone. they don't express their emotions
very broadly, leading to many misunderstandings. others simply see caden
as someone who views themself above others, which is really nowhere near
reality.

why i want them;;
their design is so simple and it looks like great fun to draw! not only that
but i believe they are also related to a large number of rpws i have seen
around the community, which will give me a chance to develop them through
that. the changes i have made to them also allow me to connect strongly
with them, especially with them being dfab and nonbinary like me.

what will you do with them;;
their simple design will allow me to draw them often, and i love that
their mismatched ears will let me draw them traditionally while standing
out among my other drawings, so that's one thing. i'll probably develop her
one way or another through fast-paced chat roleplays or ordering art, but
i can assure you i'll take good care of her!

I've had the character in mind for a long time now, and it took me a bit to find an RPW who i felt fit it, and i flip flopped for quite a while on what i wanted from the design, but this is what i feel fits best qvq

Thistle is rather flirtatious, using his charms to his advantage, often enjoying seeing others get flustered by his remarks. He's very confident in himself, believing in himself in every sense of the word, to the point where some might call it arrogance or cockiness. He prefers everything clean, and despises the idea of getting his hands remotely dirty. He doesn't try to push it on others, though he tends to be scornful of mess.

He mainly works as an accountant, with the occasional modeling job.

Thistle grew up with his mother and father, and his half sibling, Eden. As he grew he began growing particular about his appearance and maintaining it. He eventually met Yvain, who like him, was deemed a social outcast. Thistle for being a 'pretty boy' and Yvain being deemed as such just because he was a stoic loner. The two bonded over their common social position, despite having nothing else in common, and remain friends to this day, despite Yvian's nomadic and exploitative nature.
In school, Thistle took a heavy liking to math class, and as highschool came around, economics was his specialty.
He got hired for odd modeling jobs on the side as he worked through college, and he didn't really seem to mind them. He always joked that his looks were what put food on the table. As he left college, he found himself slightly more invested in doing these kinds of odd jobs, and enjoyed them heavily, though the attention he got from them was not all great. He ran into someone he felt he liked, but they ended up just being ridiculously bad for his health, mostly mentally. He left them behind, but it was a struggle for him, and he still felt the effects of them years after having left them.
He grew, but it took time, and it took time for him to fully be able to trust relationships. He still tends to be wary, even now.
