I might also fix the feet to narrow down the claws a bit, give them more of a curve so they're still sharp but used mainly like alligator or crocodiles and primarily for digging mounds for their young.

This also means that their eggs can be found and influenced into other mutations as I figured the egg stage of the dragon mute would look different and all. Perhaps larger with visible scaling/shelling overlay.
This also means these eggs need more attention then the normal stalker eggs and thus will need an adult paired with them.
Taking this adult hunting will also bring the egg and effect its outcome.

Say sapphira got one of these eggs and put pooch in charge of it, then took pooch out to the tundra multiple times.
When the egg hatches, it would result in a furred muted varient.
Pairing them with tartika or nanook and going to the volcano or fields would result in a normal one
And so on and so forth.

Haha that means in a way I could get Tilly a kid by paring her with one of those eggs without breeding her(sinces she's all infertile and all)i like the idea.

Yep, thats partly where the idea came from, was tilly/infertility.
Cause i thought, some of us want to have our infertile children have kids, but other then the lab, its impossible. Then, suddenly, idea.
The water dragon stalkers.
So now stalkers like the pokemon ones and stalkers like chance and tilly can have kids without actual breeding.

I also know that they'll all share the same baby forms tell adults since thats when they really change except for the feather muted ones. They need bold chicken looking wings/arms. They'll be the only baby where you can tell the mute difference.
