um.. does anyone know how you become an artist? I really wanna try but my art is sloppy so can you teach me how to draw an orb cat with the animations so I can become an artist? is there a form for becoming an artist?

Please post things like this on the fan club, and Quil isn't accepting artists right now

Reference/Pallette/Description: Could she be a dark grey orb cat with light grey "mitten" pattern around her paws, on the tip of her tail, and splotch around one eye? And could she have navy blue eyes and navy blue orbs? And a navy blue crescent moon locket and white panda hat with navy blue panda markings on the hat? And dark grey wings? And could it possibly be a Cerberus? (all accessories on main orb cat head don't have to be on others)
Animations: Eye-blink, and possibly navy blue orbs that look like crescent moons floating around her in a circle. (optional)
