Stuffles sighed at this, he enjoyed this lambicorn's conversation but it made him feel bad that his answer was the same.
"Maybe a few childhood crushes, but that's as far as it goes." He responded to Rutherford's question. Looking past the older lambicorn.

Avery stretched a bit, and grinned at them, "I haven't had one either! I know I'll eventually meet someone out there! But it's so cute how you guys met!"
The elf lambicorn squealed loudly and grinned, "And at a masquerade too! Wowww!!"

Rutherford wrote:: Do you escape with Rutherford, or do you stay with the Wind-Watcher? What happens to you?--

Username:Fo55il
Prompt:
Stuffles shoved Avery along in the panic, "Get going! Quickly!"

The elf lambicorn whimpered as he stared up at Wind-Watcher, the sight of this monster making him petrified. When Stuffles shoved him, it managed to make him look away from it. He focused ahead and ran after RutherFord. His heart hammering in his chest.
"You're almost there, Avery, keep on going!" Stuffles called from behind him. The roaring and screeching from Wind-Watcher nearly making his voice get lost in it.
The elf lambicorn had a sudden burst of energy as he ran towards the secret passageway, launching himself forward and catching up to Rutherford and the group.

"We made it, Stuffles! We made it!" he laughed happily as he turned around. Only to find the plush lambicorn gone..

Rutherford wrote:Do you continue looking for a way to escape, or do you go back to see if you can find Rutherford?:--

Username:Fo55il
Prompt:
Avery had no chance to absorb the shock that Stuffles had been left behind somewhere here.. or worse, outside, trapped with wind-Watcher.
He had no time when the minions came out from seemingly nowhere. And he and the surviving group was ushered further into this labyrinth. After they hit the dead end. He spoke up;
"I'm going to find Rutherford! I'm not scared of those ice-cream men!"

Avery then charged off, calling their names. He could only wish to find at least one of them..

Rutherford wrote:You hear Rutherford's call for help!! What do you do to save him?:--

Username:Fo55il
Prompt:
After what seemed to be forever, he finally picked up on Rutherford's voice, calling back and charging forward.
"I'm coming Rutherford!"
He skidded to a halt once he saw the three minions and the familiar lambicorn that stayed behind for them.
"Let him go or-"

He didn't finish the sentence as he heard a war cry. Stuffles launching himself at one of the minions and knocking them back into another. Causing them tumble down like dominos.
"Took me a hot minute to find you guys but you two yelling kinda made it easier!" he grinned a bit, clearly not afraid to fight them.
"It's a fair fight now! Three against three!"

Avery looked afraid for a moment before nodding, "Yeah! Let's do this!"

Prompt: (Hope it's ok that I brought a new lambie in since Gura is busy staring down Wind Watcher!)

"Why am I so nice" Taylor whined to herself as she swung around and crept back the way she'd come before. Treading carefully in order to try and avoid any possible creaky floorboards that might hinder her attempts at sneaking back to find Rutherford.

"Rutherfoooord" Taylor whisper yelled, desperately trying to find some sign of the other Lambicorn. Pressing forward despite how desperately she wanted to turn tail and run.

Rutherford wrote:You hear Rutherford's call for help!! What do you do to save him?:--

Prompt:
"What, Rutherford?" Taylor whispered, peeking around the corner and balking at the sight of the trio of minions. With a quiet meep she ducked back and pressed herself against the wall, trembling slightly. Why was she doing this? She wasn't a brave hero or even super brave in general. But, Rutherford had been kind throughout Wintertide, often telling stories and making sure everyone was having a good time. Taylor closed her eyes for a split-second and at that moment threw herself around the corner.

"LET GO OF HIM" she shouted, trying her best not to let the abrupt terror show in the way she stood and stared at the gathered lambicorns.

"Wh-where's Rutherford?" Dustin stammered, casting a frantic look around them. He could see a few other lambies, but there was no sign of the old man.
"Who cares?" Tera snorted, rolling her eyes. "The geezer's probably got himself lost or something."
Dustin met her gaze, cocking his head to the side. "...you really think so?" he said hesitantly.
"Seriously? Don't tell me we're gonna go look for that old windbag," Tera muttered. One look at Dustin's resolved face told her she wasn't talking him out of this. With a long, drawn-out sigh, the little lambicorn turned back the way they had come. "Ugh. Come on, let's go look for him. Just - don't make a big deal out of it or anything."

Rutherford wrote:You hear Rutherford's call for help!! What do you do to save him?:--

Prompt:
Tera's ears pricked up as a call for help rang out down the passageway. She used her keen batlike hearing to locate where the sound came from, then grabbed Dustin by the paw and took off towards the sound. "This way!"
When they reached Rutherford, the two lambabies joined the wall of lambicorns standing between Rutherford and the Wind-Watcher's minions. Dustin's hackles raised as he planted his feet on the floor and emitted a low, menacing growl. Tera flew up to the ceiling and started to throw bang snaps at the impish popsicles, laughing all the while.

Username: EditMeNot (Cyprus)(Cyra)
Prompt:
(hope its alright to answer as different lambies since Jordan and Pistachio are already up ahead!)
Cyprus followed the Wind-Watcher, looking annoyed the whole time. His tail dragged, the bell attached jingling slightly when hitting bumps. "I knew parties were a waste of time but NOoOo little miss 'you need to be more social' had to drag me out of my home to attend a party. And you know what? Look at how THAT turned out." The dark blue lambie rolled his eyes, then glaring daggers at the red-golden lambicorn walking beside him. Her nine tails wavered around angrily, and she retorted back, "Listen, if you had a SOCIAL LIFE you'd know not every party goes this way, maybe your just a bad luck charm huh?" The two metal based lambicorns began bickering, fire puffing from the red ones mouth and ice from the blue ones. This was gonna be a LOOONG walk.

Username:EditMeNot (Jordan)(Pistachio) (back to these losers fgds)
Prompt: Pistachio had stood up, going over to help Jordan up off the imp. The festive lambie shook his head, the bells on his ears jingling. This struck an idea in pistachios head, as he whispered it to Jordan. Jordan nodded, before Pistachio wrapped his tail with Jordans and they charged towards the Wind-Watcher. Jordan was wriggling, all the bells on him jingling loudly. Pistachio was screeching and hissing, and Jordan was yelling. They were either trying to distract the Wind-Watcher or give them a sensory overload. The lambicorns jumped, crashing into the Wind-Watcher using Jordans weight (since pistachio weighed basically nothing) and the combined disorienting noises. "There's no WAY I'm letting you hurt anyone! And I'm sure A LOT of other lambicorns feel the same, you overgrown icicle!" Pistachio glared ath the Wind-Watcher and stuck his tongue out. Jordan nodded firmly, still jingling.

Rutherford wrote:What is your journey finding Rutherford with the Wind-Watcher like? What's happening to him when you arrive?:--

Username: rem sleep
Prompt: As the spell fizzled and sparked around them, Galla froze. Rutherford booked it away from the group that had defensively encircled him, and now the Wind-Watcher had them all under its paw. It was enough to make the poor matron feel ill. But what was there to do? As the younger lambs were captured and the spell bound all of them, at least for now, to walking with the Wind-watcher, all they could do was follow in its steps as it pursued their dear friend. Galla only hoped that they could get to Rutherford first, that they could take another defensive stance and save their friend from this great evil. Why was the Wind-watcher so intent on poor Rutherford anyway? Galla didn't know. The one thing she was sure of was that soon this would be over, one way or another...

Prompt: Galla and her group of friends made sure that they were ahead of the Wind-watcher in the tunnel, that they ran the fastest they had ever run in their entire lives to catch Rutherford before the Wind-watcher had the opportunity to get to him first. As the conflict of two sides turned into a bickering match Galla felt a headache coming on-- how had this happened, anyhow? One minute they were staving off the imps, fighting their way to victory, and now-- it was a verbal clash that quickly descended into chaos and indistinct half-phrases and words, all garbled together in a mess of a cacophony. Galla shuffled to the side as the fighting got more intense and she found it hard to keep things straight, the yelling rising in volume and overwhelming her like a tidal wave. She noticed the Wind-watcher creeping in close to Rutherford and knew she had to do something, and fast. In a snap she shot a bolt of magic from her horn, knocking the Wind-watcher's paws away from Rutherford. "Stop!" She declared, bounding over to stand defensively in front of Rutherford, a shield, "Stop all of this! Leave Rutherford and the other lambicorns alone!" She heard Rutherford's pleading cries for peace and they resonated with her-- it was the holiday season, after all! They shouldn't be fighting like this in the first place, "It sounds like you two have some unfinished business but-- can't we talk this out?" Galla offered a small smile, her eyes glittering with a pleading sympathy-- surely, this would do something.

Rutherford wrote:: Do you escape with Rutherford, or do you stay with the Wind-Watcher? What happens to you?--

Username: corvidous
Prompt:

Quilt's eyes, somehow, went wide at the sight of Windwatcher. The voice that carried through the air struck a fearful, anxious chord in the poor plush lambie, and he immediately looked to Rutherford for guidance. It didn't take Quilt much thought to go barreling after the other lambie in a frantic rush. There was no way he was staying with that monster of a lambie that both wanted them to get out and to show themselves... It was way too much for the noodle called Quilt.

Rutherford wrote:Do you continue looking for a way to escape, or do you go back to see if you can find Rutherford?:--

Username: corvidous
Prompt:
The second Quilt realized that their guide was gone, he'd immediately stop and stare at the wall in panic. They couldn't leave Rutherford behind, could they? He'd been with them since the start of this chaos and while the fear was running like a torrential river through him, he wasn't about to abandon someone when they needed to escape too. With a weary, shaky sigh, Quilt turned back the way he came and went to go find Rutherford.

Rutherford wrote:You hear Rutherford's call for help!! What do you do to save him?:--

Username: corvidous
Prompt: Hearing the voice, Quilt immediately darted off in the direction that it seemed to be coming from. While not combat inclined, Quilt knew that any sort of call like that would require some amount of physical intervention to prevent something bad from happening. He zipped along until he came to the sight of the impish lambies harassing Rutherford, and he hissed while bunching up as if preparing to lunge, "Leave him be, you mongrels."

Rutherford wrote:What is your journey finding Rutherford with the Wind-Watcher like? What's happening to him when you arrive?:--

Username: corvidous
Prompt:
"Oh, c'mon!" Quilt muttered, clearly exasperated as the spell took its hold and had him following the Wind-watcher, "You know, I'm not a fan of the whole 'mind control, follow me' type stuff. It's just rude!" Other than that brief outburst, he stayed quiet while internally hoping that Rutherford would be able to find some place to hide. Or escape. Or, better yet, figure out some way to save all the lambies.

Rutherford wrote:Do you save Rutherford from his eternal doom? Or do you fight the lambicorns? Which

Username: corvidous
Prompt:
Quilt felt his stomach sink as Wind-watcher started preparing what looked like quite the nasty spell for Rutherford. With an angered, annoyed huff, Quilt bolted forwards and tried to disrupt the spell best he could, "There's absolutely no need for this! What indignant, childish behavior!" He admonished, "Leave Rutherford alone and let's talk this out or try not to banish others away to somewhere else."

Prompt:
The shiver that rolled across her body as the spell took hold was involuntary and Gura bristled. Elder or no she didn't appreciate magic being cast on her against her will by anyone. A scowl crept across her face and the usually vibrant Lambicorn suppressed a snarl as the Wind-Watcher opened the hole in the wall wide enough for a being of that size to fit. Begining to "guide" everyone through the passageway, oh how Gura wished she had even half the power needed to face down an elder. Alas, even as a direct follower of the Imp-Lord her powers were still no match for Wind-Watcher, so the brightly coloured female grudgingly followed the others.

Prompt:
Her gaze came to rest solidly on Wind-Watcher, long slender tail lashing slowly as she stalked forward.

"Had you decided on a different course of action I would have considered the possibility of siding with you. Alas, you took the kicking and screaming route" Gura drawled her voice dropping to a low hiss as her sentence came to a slow halt. The yellow in her eyes glowed in a way that seemed almost ominous behind her usual mask, there would be no swaying the masked Lambicorn from her decision. The elders horn began glowing with some spell that was bound to be wicked in nature and would spell nothing good for Rutherford so Gura threw herself at the other Lambicorn and knocked him out the way.

"The time for your temper tantrum has passed you miserable brat" Gura snarled

Prompt:
Sydney and Herrick froze at the chilling sound of the Wind-Watcher's voice.
Without physically turning her head, Sydney's eyes slid over to her brother's trembling form. "D-do s-something!" she squeaked out through chattering teeth.
"What in Aurorae's name could I possibly do!?" Herrick hissed back, clenching his jaw shut.
"I d-don't-t know, use th-that crazy magic-c you're always st-studying or s-something!"
Herrick sighed, rolling his eyes. "There is a humongous difference between study and practise, you know!" he spat back.
Both lambicorns fell silent as a rush of magic rippled through their bodies.
"Wh-what was that?" Sydney eventually stammered. Herrick was just about to answer her question when the two were tugged by an unseen force, their bodies apparently having been bound to the Wind-Watcher's presence. Against their will, the siblings followed the Wind-Watcher into the tunnels where Rutherford and countless others had escaped.

Prompt:
When they reached Rutherford, Sydney and Herrick were both flummoxed by the chaos that ensued. Lambicorns were fighting lambicorns as everyone took their sides, much to their dismay. Herrick noticed an orangey lambicorn standing between the feuding groups, joining Rutherford's plea for peace.
"I - er - yes!" He stammered, adjusting his circular glasses (which had somehow managed to stay on his face amidst the discord). Sydney hadn't been so lucky - all she saw were vague blurry shapes shouting about. She searched around for her own glasses as Herrick joined the fray.
"Why don't we sit down and have a nice chat over some tea?" he suggested in a trembling voice. He had to quickly dodge out of the way as an icicle fell from the ceiling. "Or - or iced tea, in your case - erm, Ilfvin, was it?"
It seemed that his pleas only fell on deaf ears. The Elder seemed to have some nasty spell brewing; their horn glowed with magic. Herrick was at a loss for what to do.
Thankfully, other lambicorns took action. Dustin joined a brightly-coloured lambicorn in throwing himself at Rutherford, hopefully knocking him out of the way of whatever dastardly magic the Wind-Watcher had cast.
Meanwhile, flying up near the ceiling, Tera continued assaulting the tussling lambicorns with bang snaps, which added loud pops and small flashes of light to the storm of action below. She didn't necessarily seem to care who she hit; the young lambicorn was simply enjoying the chaos brought about by whatever was happening.

The trio kept close to one another as they moved forward, poor Laura shaking like a leaf but trying to pit on a brave face anyways. Kukan and Violette kept to either side of the little one, though both were clearly just as unnerved. This was even scarier than Halloween! How was that possible?

But none of the three dared said a word as the entire group was forced along. What could they say yet, or do? Conserve their energy, act when the time was right? Each of them could sorely go for a warm fire and hot cocoa about now...

Chaos! It was chaos! Laura tried to find Rutherford, wanting to offer him at least companionship since she was too small to fight. Kukan meanwhile, cackled loud. "You want a fight? You've got it! Violette here will kick your butts while I shield us!" True to her word, shimmering magic shields went up around her allies At least though she were pretty sure were allies.

Meanwhile, Violette gave a howl of her own and launched at the attacking lambies. Minions, Elder, it didnt matter. She was going to have a good old time battling! And for a good cause against a jerk like the Wind-Watcher? BONUS. "BOOYEAH TASTE MY HOOVES!!"

Mister gave a lopsided grin and licked their teeth. "It's a bit hard to be a demon when you're made of ice, but..." They let out a laugh. "I manage! Mostly I just haunt lambies who are out alone in the cold, harass em' till they go back inside." A shiver ran through their body. "I can't feel the cold anymore, but if I did, boy I'd need a sweater for this."

Rutherford wrote:: Do you check out the upstairs/or explore the basement? What do you find?--

Mister raised an eyebrow. "Oh please, you're being ridiculous! Wind-watcher... never heard of it! And whats so bad about hating the warmth? I can relate, being made of ice and all... But, fine. I'll go look upstairs, see what's the big deal." They shook themself and gave a smug grin. "Bet you're just tryin' ta' spook us, aren't ya?"

If they had blood, they would be blushing like mad, but they didn't, so instead they just stood their, mouth agape, ears pinned back, and eyes wide. "I'm- I would never date anyone, I'm too good for them. Too powerful, too, they wouldn't stand a chance! Psh, dating... imagine. Could never be me." They raised their nose and huffed, "Don't even think for a minute!"

Rutherford wrote:: Do you escape with Rutherford, or do you stay with the Wind-Watcher? What happens to you?--

If they were expected to be scared, then this "Wind-Watcher" had another thing coming. But... watching the old lambie and the others run, he felt some sort of feeling, was it pity? They shot a glance to the elder who had broken in and rolled their eyes, "I'll be back." And with that, they followed the escaping lambs.

"Listen," Mister curled their lip, "It's nice to be 'running for our lives' and all, that's real great, real sweet, real considerate, but uh.... Is anyone going to go check on the old guy? Jeeze, have some compassion! While you all run around like chickens with your heads cut off, I'm going back to find him."

Mister felt some sort of rage boiling deep within their icy body, and scraped their hoof angrily across the ground as a threat, lowering their head and getting ready to charge. "Why these stupid little..." They bared their teeth and prepared to fight.

Rutherford wrote:What is your journey finding Rutherford with the Wind-Watcher like? What's happening to him when you arrive?:--

Username: (no <3) Spottedpuppi

If they were honest with themself, Mister would admit to getting a good chuckle out of the scene. It was morbid, yes, maybe a bit too morbid all things considered, they had grown fond of that old fool who told them stories, and yet... Heh. Just in time to watch the old lamb escape. Perfect. Maybe now they could enjoy this lovely weather.

Looking up from the Lambie they were busy pummeling with their fists (which side was this one on? They didn't really care either way, but...), Mister hummed to themself as they held the lambie down, considering their options. Why was this "Wind-Watcher" guy even being like this? It wasn't even that funny. Rutherford..... now that was someone who could make them laugh. "Hold on, I'll be back to get another swing in, but first there's some business to attend to."
