[ 2 ] castiiian - i super admire how you've led goobies so far! it's always seemed to me that you're very in touch with what makes you happy in art and i admire that a lot about you. you bring good vibes wherever you go and you're so so very cool. you put in a ton of work and you deserve nothing but the best for your endeavors. you're an awesome staff member and an awesome person, thank you so much for everything you do!
[ 3 ] imabanditø - your designs always use such unique colors and i love that so much-- you make colors work for you in a way i've not seen in other works! I think your designs are really eye catching for that reason and you do awesome work!
[ 4 ] solos - i really love your art style!! it brings a flare to any character that you draw that's just so pretty and special-- and seeing your goomas art this event has been so cool! Your designs are always neat and I love the way you use inanimate object growth in your goobie designs!

I have this rainbow clicky articulated slug toy that's super amazing! It makes awesome sounds, kind of like rain or running water, and it's really fun to mess with. if you shake it aggressively it makes a really loud sound which can be good depending on the situation, but if you don't like sounds, it's also just fun to hold and mess with.

submission: Today is busy for me so I offer; cute headcanons of some of our goomas staff friends' goobies <3 (ofc this is just me making cute speculations and you can fully ignore them if you wish haha)

Saeli - I like to think that Felicity dislikes Goomas partially because people never want to hear bad news on the holidays, and as a fortune teller, she can't just lie about someone's fortune being bad. And after all, it's a lot more acceptable to hear scary or bad news on goo-o-ween or something.

solos - I think that Winter doesn't punish anyone who tries to steal another cookie because even if she does see them, she understands that Juniper's cookies are just that good, and some people just can't help but want more! Off topic but additionally; her hat-halo lands more on her head the closer it is to december and goomas time, as a natural Festive Response.

keeshond - Juniper's situation of biting off more than a one-time occurrence, but a full on habit! Especially during celebrations like goomas and goobilee, where there's so many cookies to be made and had! Additionally, every pastry and goodie that Juniper makes is bird-safe! Would hate to exclude the feathered friends from the tasty food, right?

!karkat - I like to think that Kunikuishi secretly enjoys the stories around the fire as much as everyone else, he's just focused a lot on krampus showing up and it makes him more grumpy about it. Aisha tries to get him into the spirit of things, but hey! Sometimes there's not much you can do outside of keeping him around for all the fun stories being told!

griff - Rudolph's goo smells and tastes like assorted festive goodies! Particularly that the goo smells like hot chocolate and tastes like peppermints- but really strong peppermints that are only tasted by the strongest of the festive folk. Alternatively, maybe something more abstract- like the smell of christmas spirit, whatever that would smell like.

Loom Bands are fun! Some would see them more as a way to make art than a toy- but it's just a toy you can make bracelets with! You can also make other stuff if you wanna go advanced with it, but I personally just use it to make bracelets and little rings!

3. vympyre - It makes me so happy to see your art whenever you post it, it's absolutely incredible! And you're always so supportive of mine and others' art when they share it as well. Pixel was the first goobie I ever drew and they really made me fall in love with the species, and I can't thank you enough for sharing them with me when I was first looking for goobies to draw!
4. Scourgebane - dsahfnjdk I don't even know if you're going to see this but!! Bestie!! I love how enthusiastic you are about all your interests, and it's such a joy to see the art that you share. I'm so inspired and it really motivates me to improve as an artist!
5. rem sleep - I see you around a whole lot and we've never gotten the chance to talk but I love all your art across all the UMAs/closed species that you create for! You have incredible designing skills and a distinctive style where I can always tell that it's your work.

It's super cool... it can walk around, bark, and has a toy bone you can put in its mouth and place on the ground for it to walk towards!" Castiian, thank you so so much for coordinating all of the goobies events - without you, none of this would happen. Goobies exists because of you, and it is only through your hard work and the energy you surround yourself with that this community is such a positive and relaxing vibe to be around.

Ok so hear me out.... it may not be anything special, but absolutely massive plushies. They're delightful to lay on and use as a pillow, and if you ever have to let anger out - punching a plushy is the best way to do it. You don't get hurt, it doesn't get hurt. It's a peaceful soft fluffy creature. I like big seals personally! They have such cute faces so squishing them is awesome.
