1. This moosem has been lurking in the woods, sleeping for a long time and collecting moss

2. Water running through their body like cracks! They love nature and butterflys

3. Living in the depths of volcanoes his magma self must stay warm or his fire could die

Artist position you're applying for: Guest Artist (I’d be interested in a full artist position at some point but I’d like to get my feet wet first)
Why you want to be an artist: I love UMA’s and I’d love to get more experience with them, plus I really like moosems! And honestly I LOVED drawing these guys- I have so many more ideas! I’m a very dedicated person, almost all of my interests are art based so I spend a lot of time bettering myself and doing art, I’d love to add moosems under my belt :] (woof don’t count how many times i said “love” here ;-;)

The one on the right is a redo! I wasn’t satisfied with the first one so I wanted to keep this accurate to my artistic abilities, I added some more vibrancy, line colors, and more interesting design.
This little guy is inspired by limes and lemons! They’re his favorite fruit.. maybe he’s like a flamingo and ate too many it changed his color :0

This is a vampire type Moosem! Their veins glow purple and their antlers are sharpened, a similar shape to their bat wings. They’re vegetarian, using their big teeth to bite juicy fruits and veggies :>

Ghost!!!! Me tbh, I love sheet ghosts and I think this Moos causes some mischief! They haunt their friends and knock things over when they’re feeling bored

MOON MOO!!!
The cutest baby you ever did see! Their coloring is loosely based on vitiligo. A good example of my work with a complex design on fairly simple lines! I think they like… popped out of the ground when a moon meteor struck… or science or smth but they rock! /pun

Why do you want this position?: I absolutely love Moosems. The community means a lot to me and I would love to join the team. I can tell you all work so hard and I'd love to help out!
Any prior experience? If so, elaborate: I have experience modding for a decent sized discord server! We are currently at 329 members. There have been a few rough patches that I have helped solve, so I do have experience in communication with difficult members!

How often would you say you are online?: Chronically so. (I am a student but I check routinely throughout the day! When I am awake it is rare for me to be unavailable for more than an hour! During the school year I am available from 8 am - 12 pm. During the summer months it shifts closer to 9 am - 1 am, all times in CST.)
Would you be able to do rolls for things like foraging?: I would happily learn how to do foraging roles and help out!

Why do you want this position?: I fell in love with Moosems and the community surrounding them. I found making these moos very relaxing, I enjoy working and experimenting with their lines! I love to spend time drawing, so becoming an artist for moosems would be amazing

Tell us about your Moosems:
1.

I wanted to try making an animated moosem. He's based on TV static! If he could talk, his robotic voice would often glitch.

2.

I just HAD to make a moo based on my cat, Misty. She's a Maine Coon! My favourite part was drawing her "cape" and little markings on her legs. I also added highlights to her eyes, because why not? They make everything look cuter.

3.

I used the maine coon lines I came up with on this guy too. This is an alternative version with the tail down. I was inspired by my other cat, Gaspar. He has white markings on his legs and around his eyes just like this moo. I'd say he'd love watching the stars.

Edit: I made more.

Moos covered in spider webs, it was so fun to make these I had to make different colour versions.

Well, I really wanted to make a bark texture for the unedited one, and the rest just kinda happened! The other one I was stumped on for a bit… but a lovely member of moosems suggested a starry night theme, and man am I glad they did! I’m very proud of it and I hope its as impressive to you as it is to me!

Tell us about your Moosems:

I got the idea for a colorful tropical fish/sea slug theme for my first design, and the result is this fish friend here with very vibrant colored fins!


Hawk/deer is the inspiration for this fella here! This one is to showcase a design that is more complex and detailed.


The standard example moosem! I like drawing pixel stars and sparkles, so with that in mind I ended up going totally wild on this one.

Oh plenty. I've been a mod in countless UMA, most recently Wermz(retired) and Sweetens, and am currently Admin turned Owner of Cozies!

Usually about 8-9 hours a day.

Absolutely! I find doing rolls very relaxing and love zoning out while doing them.
