how does your clan cope with winter?: Like most clans, HazeClan does their best to stock up on herbs and prey. They try to limit the amount of kits born during this time as they know it can be rough. On calmer days many cats will go out and play in the snow before going back to their dens to warm up. :>

how does your clan cope with winter?: this year in the celestials, they feel completely unprepared. they did their best to stockpile herbs and prey like normal, but when the mysterious sickness rolled into camp right around leaf-bare, it put an even larger strain on the clans already stressing leadership and medicine cats.

how does your clan cope with winter?: It’s always very cold where SpruceClan lives in the mountains, so most of the cats simply have to acclimate to the temperatures. However, when winter rolls around and the snow covers everything in sight, warriors and apprentices alike love to complain about the chill when they head out for patrols. The kits, though, love to play in the powdery snow!

how does your clan cope with winter?: the clan's best defence against cold is lying in a big pile of soft furs to warm each other. otherwise, they're pretty used to the cold and enjoy winter time. those that aren't stay in the den and help out however they can.

how does your clan cope with winter?:
Glasinmore is more adaptive to the winter months, since been so close to the coast and the temperature just plummets into freezing conditions. All the cats in that kingdom, are longhaired.

The Chateau on the other hand have the chateau to protect them from the worst of the weather, but the rooms are empty and lacking lit fireplaces. What flames lack cannot stop them from nesting close to one another to keep body warmth relatively high.

what's a typical day in the nursery like for your clan(s)?: for Misted it’s a constant chaos, the kits are constantly testing the barriers of the burrows & swatting at the tall grass around the den’s exit, Misted’s mothers are always sharing a look of reluctant fondness of their kits antics and one certain teacher, Monty, is often found hanging around the den entertaining the kits and giving some early lessons. It usually quietens when the thick mist drifts closer to camp and the young kits find no more energy to go out & play as their vision is limited more & more.

what's a typical day in the nursery like for your clan(s)?: Aiko and Kure are there for whatever reason, Rairakku is sleeping, Suno is complaining about politics while Chai agrees with everything she's saying and Gin is just trying to watch after the kits.

what's a typical day in the nursery like for your clans?
CB - currently the nursery is a bit chaotic, due to the mystery illness plaguing the clan. the nursery has been uprooted from the clans normal camp and moved to another location to get away from the sick cats. a new part of life for the mothers and kits is having the healers check them daily for signs of the sickness.
scarab - the clan resides in a valley surrounded by rocky cliffs, and so each of the dens is made out of open caves in the rock side. the nursery is directly next to the healers den, for the easiest access in case a queen or kit needs help with something. typically the nursery is busy with parents and family going in and out to visit, as well as once the kits start getting older, the mothers begin allowing them to practice their climbing skills, as it’s very important to get in and out of camp.
yang - as a male dominated clan, the nursery per say contains older kits being cared for by the clans elders. the elders are really good at taking the kits around the abandoned castle the clan calls home to explore and show them their home, as well as to strengthen their muscles. they also do regular check ups with the clans medicine cat to be on the safe side.
pocket - the clan is currently in a period of traveling from one two leg city to another, so there is no real nursery per say for the one pregnant molly the clan has. whimsicott really just stays close to the healer as they move, and when they are resting at night, just in case she needed him for anything.
