Featuring Colton(Top) & Deux.

Colton had just arrived at the glade with his older Brother Deux, his bother Deux had decided to take Colton there as the two brother's father had kicked them out of their home for the day as he wanted to spend time on a date at home with one of his lady friends. Colton was very excited about it, his brother rarely took him anywhere too special! At most he'd normally just take him to a near by park. Deux on the other hand, looked rather tired but was trying his best to appear in a better mood for the sake of his younger brother.

The two walked around the Glade, the first game they came across only had adult local simas around, however the second game they had stopped at had a large group of teacups. Deux had already heard that the glade had super small simas, that was another mutation on the already rare dwarfism mutation gene. However on the other hand young Colton had not a single idea, Deux hadn't told Colton anything to expect other then that there would be games at the glade. Colton stopped dead in his tracks when he spotted the group. "W-WOAH!" He shouted surprised, he then looked over at his brother. "Are those simas?! Why are they soooo tiny?!" Deux paused for a moment trying to think of something to tell his younger brother, not only was he too lazy to try to explain to Colton how mutations worked, he also didn't think Colton would be able to understand anything so complex yet.

"You see... those little simas, they've always been around they just normally stay out of sight from us bigger simas. They live in their own secret world, where they only come out to play little tricks and games on young simas like you. Guess they decided to come out and play with us in the open now!" Deux said, making things up as he spoke. "Does that mean they are bad?" Colton asked, looking a bit sad. Deux paused again noticing how he worded things may not have sounded the best. "No... They only play good tricks, such as eating those veggies you put under the table thinking no one would notice, or... finding and returning that sock you thought you lost a month ago" Deux said not wanting his brother to get the wrong idea and fear the teacups.

Oksra looked closely at the teacups Simas. His brow was furrowed and his mouth a bit to the side. It was all a little confusing for him. “Well, if you say that’s what you are, then I believe you,” he finally said after a bit.

Kiara wasn’t so sure. “I really don’t believe you guys are actually Simas. How in the world could you be so small? I mean, I’m still a kid so I’m still pretty small, but you guys claim to be fully grown! I don’t think your kids ‘cause then where are your parents? It just doesn’t seem possible. Right Luka?” she said, turning to him with her eyebrows raised.

“Yeah. Sure,” Luka said while shrugging. He did agree with his dad, Oksra, but he also somehow always ended up on the same side as Kiara. Luka is pretty shy and often doesn’t like to argue with anyone, and definitely not Kiara. He didn’t really feel like Kiara yelling in his face, which is what she’ll do if Luka wasn’t on the same side as her.

Kiara looked over at Tirtus and said, “What do you think Tirtus? Are they actually Simas or are they something else?” Tirtus didn’t say anything and appeared to be not listening to her. He was staring off into the distance, thinking his own thoughts. Kiara huffed impatiently. She knew this wasn’t worth getting mad over, since that was how Tirtus usually acted.

Feeling the question had been resolved, Kiara stopped talking about it and instead started talking about a totally different topic to her family.

The idea of visiting the mysterious glade to visit the even more mysterious teacup Simas has sounded like a great idea to Oksra. When he told the idea to his kids, it only took a few minutes for them all to think the idea sounded great. But once they finally got there, Oksra wasn’t so sure about the family trip after all.

There were guards all around where you entered the main place. They didn’t look too scary, for after all, they were a bit on the smaller side, but they still made Oksra nervous. He turned around to his kids to tell them the bad news.

“Sorry guys, turns out we can’t go out on this adventure after all,” he said. Luka was immediately okay with this, for he himself was always nervous about going out of his comfort zone. Tirtus hadn’t been listening, for he happened to be watching the baby birds that were in a nest nearby. Kiara frowned and put her ears back.

“We can’t give up now! We’ve come too far to give up now!” protested Kiara.

“We didn’t walk that far,” Luka said quietly.

Kiara glared at him. Luka looked down at his feet. “I’m going to go show those guards that we are friendly at that we deserve to be let in!” Kiara huffed off angrily. She stomped with every step.

A few minutes later, a disappointed Kiara came back. “They won’t let us in. I think one of you can convince them to let us all in,” she said confidently.

Ignoring Oksra’s and Luka’s protests, Kiara managed to get her whole family in front of the guards. “Okay guys, do something impressive that will make the guards let us in. Oksra and Luka were silent.

Suddenly, Tirtus said something. “Hey guys, look at this cool feather I found,” he said calmly.

One of the guards instantly perked up. “Ooo, can I have that please? I don’t think I have that one in my collection. I’ll let you guys in for the feather!”

Kiara was getting ready to yell and convince Tirtus to give up his feather, but Tirtus gave away the feather without a second thought. “I probably will be able to get another,” he said. “I saw a few more of those on the ground before we got here.”

And with that, Oksra and his family were able to enter.

Submission: Kore looking round at all the tiny simas. She still couldn't believe that they were so small. She was worried constantly she would accidentally step on one. on the other hand, she wanted to board them and keep several with her because they were just so cute and precious and fluffy! Kore had to take a deep breath and remind herself that she couldn't just scoop them up and run off with them. That was rude. maybe she could just adopt a few of them, or. . several of them.

Kore decided that she would try to adopt as many as she could, she could just leave them on their own, so tiny and defenseless, she must protect them all. no matter what. if only that aggressive pink sima would quit giving her dirty looks, he made her slightly uneasy. she just wanted to care for these tiny precious beings like he did, wasn't that a good thing? Kore wondered if she should try actually introducing herself instead of just snuggling teacups all day. maybe they could be friends and he could help introduce her to teacups who wanted to explore the world and come home with her.

From the moment Frankie entered the glade, she'd been aware of being watched. It was nothing new for her though - she'd been watched all her life. Having an Alpha Jewel will do that to you in Primal society. Rivals, enviers, guards, teachers, ambitious kiss-ups... if someone wasn't after one thing, they were after another, and any time you took a walk through camp, heads turned.

She'd long ago ceased to let it bother her.

As such, Frankie looked around the glade in wonder, letting the watchers stare as openly as they liked and paying no mind to the whispers. She was here to enjoy herself and learn about the ways of a different tribe, which she could do perfectly well with or without an audience. They were entitled to their curiosity! After all, Primals like herself weren't a common sight in the modern world. The only thing that truly put her off her stride was the edge of fear and suspicion she saw in some of the eyes she met. Especially those of the Glade's natives.

She hid her sadness behind a smile.

Frankie had been in the glade for perhaps twenty minutes when she felt the smallest of tugs on her ankle fur. Looking down, she initially saw nothing. But when she looked away only to have the tug happen a second time, she stopped studying the goods in the booth before her and gave the ground a closer examination. This time, what she found caused her face to transform into an open expression of amazement. It was a tiny, tiny, Sima!

Teacups are roughly the size of your average Sima's paw - in relation to Frankie, who'd never seen one before and was thus rendered speechless with surprise, he was barely bigger than a single toe. Yet he stood there bravely and peered up at the giant, his eyes firm and his ears perked forward attentively. When he saw he's gotten her attention he grinned and said: "Hey! Never seen 'ya around here before! You're huge!"

The keeper of the booth Frankie had been visiting held their breath.

Far from being offended though, Frankie was greatly intrigued, and carefully lay down in the grass so as to bring her face closer to that of her visitor. Only then did she speak, careful to watch her volume so as to not hurt anyone's ears. "...Who may you be? Are you..." She wracked her brains for information. "...a faerie..?

"Heck no! I'm a teacup. And I'm not little - I'm the tallest teacup in the glade." The stranger puffed out his chest and struck a pose of power, one foot touched lightly to his sternum. "Name's Then." (Pronounced like 'TH' in 'Thantos', the 'e' being silent, and the 'n' being itself)

Frankie smiled. Though inwardly, she was deeply confused. The only teacups SHE was familiar with were made of porcelain and intended for drinking tea. Hence the name. They were about the same size though... "It's nice to meet you, Then. I'm sorry if I offended you; I've never seen a ... Teacup?... before. We don't have them in my tribe." The drinking kind OR the Sima kind.

Then hesitated, making a great show of sitting back on his haunches and stroking his chin with a front paw as if he were giving the matter serious consideration. "WEEEeeellll..." He met Frankie's eyes, then broke into a grin of his own. "It's OK. We're pretty easy to miss. Tell 'ya what - I'll forgive you if you give me a ride over to my buddies. They dared me to come over here, see, and if you carry me back over, I'll be a KING! They said you'd just step on me. Bet me a week's worth of sweets, every last one of 'um!" The tiny Sima rubbed his paws together greedily. "'Ya like taffy? I'll even throw in some taffy if you carry me over. On your head. ...Please?!"

Eyes twinkling merrily at the little fellow's outsizes attitude, Frankie readily agreed and held still while little Then climbed aboard. Once he was settled, she cautioned him to hold on and got to her paws. This was turning out to be quite the interesting day!

"Man oh MAN! I think I'm gonna get an altitude-induced nosebleed! Everything looks so DIFFERENT from up here!"

Satura loved walking in the woods. It was peaceful and relaxing. Especially lately, everyone was talking about some new discovery of a group of Simas. It's all he heard lately. "Hey, did you see that show the other day?" "Yeah, there were three teacups in the audience!", "Do you have any more pears in the back? Hello?" Shopkeeper, glances past you and starts to walk off, "Be right back, I think I saw a teacup come in, aren't they adorable?" It was impossible to talk to anyone about anything except teacups. They sure seemed full of themselves.

So he decided to get out and enjoy the fresh air and teacup less area. It was still early but already becoming a warm day, he might as well take a nap under this tree here. **half an hour later*
He feels something on his head, back and tail, and hears soft whispers. He opened his eyes and there they were, TEACUPS ALL OVER HIM. "Hey guys, I am not, OUCH, edible!" One had taken a lenitive nibble on his ear.

"Sorry Sir, we thought someone left a giant dessert in the woods" came the faint response. She and the others had the sense to look embarrassed. "Well, no harm done, you certainly aren't the first to mistake me for a snack," he chuckled. They scampered off and lined up in front of him. "I have some cakes and cookies in my bag here, would you like to share?" "the boldest teacup stepped forward, "that would be lovely of you to share, thank you very much" So Satura found out teacups weren't just a rumor or fad but Simas, like him.

No matter if the teacup Simas happened to actually be real Simas or not, they still were capable of making pretty good food. Some of the teacups had invited the four of them in for tea, and now they were working on some other special treats for the guests to enjoy.

Oksra, Kiara, Luka, and Tirtus all took a small sip of their tea at the same time. All four of them immediately liked it and couldn’t stop until it was all gone.

“This tea is really good!” exclaimed Luka. He had never tasted such sweet and delicious tea before. In fact, the only other time he had tried tea, Luka had to force it down his own throat just to be polite. This tea also happened to have one of his favorite flavors in it, cinnamon!

“Those teacups sure do make good mint tea,” said Kiara in reply. “In fact, mint is actually my favorite kind of tea! How lucky!”

Luka was confused. Wasn’t the flavor of tea cinnamon? Oksra was also just as confused. “Mine tastes like mango, definitely not mint. I don’t really care for mint, but mango is definitely the kind I like best.”

They didn’t have time to figure out the mystery since that was when the special treats had arrived. There were cakes and cookies, and even some kinds of food all four of them had never seen or even heard of before. They dived in right away, eating all the delicious snacks that had been set upon the table.
