why do you want to be the archivist: I'm a very organised(And slightly OCD) person. I also like being able to interact with people and help them out if they need to find something.

That's really all I have for coding but I could do an example for you if needed.
do you have experience with stuff like this? if so, please link: Well once again my adoption centre, which requires me to be organised for donation purposes

other: Every time I see your name, I unconsciously sing the Doofinshmirtz theme. Also, I'd love to be able to work with you and help you expand this centre!

how would you react if.. a user was rude? Tell them to be kinder and if they do not stop then PM you to give them a strike.
how would you react if.. a user broke the rules? Tell them what they did wrong and correct them. If they do not stop then PM you to give them a strike.
how would you react if.. a user posted on the thread even if they were banned and not allowed to post? Tell them stop and if they were banned tell them that they were banned and not suppose to be here. If they were not allowed to post then PM them to delete the post. Then PM you to ask if they should give them a strike
how would you react if.. someone posted an artist/mod form somewhere besides the dedicated place(here)? Then tell them to read they rules and they will most likely not going to become a artist/mod because they can not read instruction. Plus tell them if they want they and copy and paste it into this form even if it is less likely for them to become a artist/mod.
why do you want to be a mod: Because I feel like I can make a difference and I can make sure everyone is following the rules.
