Personally, I would like to see the rule stay as is. There are some wonderful bag frogs in the archive that have been adopted, only for their owners never to be seen again, and so they just linger, forever unloved in the archive :|

Sure, but for those frogs I can't do anything. They were picked up, so they belong to the owners and I do not do monthly checks to see, who's still active.
