Trading Rules

➤ Both trading partners must have an up-to-date Co-op archive post to make trades, send gifts, or receive gifts.

➤ Emblings and Embling items may be traded for other Emblings, Embling items, C$, pets, art, writings, and/or
other C$ UMAS/Closed Species so long as their rules allow.
↳ If cross-trading with another UMA, you must link to a trade post on their thread.

➤ The maximum amount you can resell your Emblings for is 250C$, pets equivalent, and/or 3k Clovers.

➤ You may not sell your emblings for USD unless you paid for a USD Custom, in which case you may sell them
for the exact price you paid and no more.

➤ There is no cooldown for litter-swaps, you may instantly swap Emblings if they are from the same litter.

➤ All other Emblings have a 3-day cool down in which they cannot be traded or gifted. The cooldown starts the second
you receive an Embling, whether you obtained them from a raffle, giveaway, gift, event, or trade.

➤ Custom Emblings have a 1-week cooldown to avoid being foddered. Custom Emblings can, however, be gifted before
this period. Users caught attempting to evade the cooldown by gifting each other will be punished.

➤ Trades involving Emblings that are OC-transfers must include the character the Embling is based on.

➤ If you are agreeing to a trade that involves art/writing/something that takes time to complete, both parties
have to finalize the trade post before starting owed work. Repeatedly backing out of trades will result in a 1-month
trade suspension.

➤ Trades must be confirmed by all parties on THIS thread from their CS account. You cannot confirm trades from
anywhere else, or have users confirm trades for you.
