Rules

- Only Artists post on this page.
- After 3 weeks of owning, you can breed a Quagga, they have 8 breeding slots each.
- In case one or both Quagga's you plan to breed aren't yours, you have to ask for the owners' permission and show it to the artist you want to order the breeding from, as a quote.
- You can only order when the artist publicly announces they are open for it.
- Anyone can adopt a Quagga but you must have been on CS for 2 months and have 100 posts. :3
- you can own up to 20 Quagga's.
- You can pick 3 traits for the foal (traits must be on a parent or both)
- You can buy 1 extra trait from an artist with a payment of their choosing.
- If the gender of the foal is not stated the artist may choose.
- you can not make a breeding for someone else.
- If you don't want the foal you can ask the Artist to put it up for adoption.
- you can send a breeding forum every 2 times it opens.

Guide and Rules (So many words... I know)

Steps
1. Read Rules above and on the Main Thread
2. Read and follow the guide and rules of my Kiosk pls.
3. Fill out and PM the forum to me. The subject of the PM must have "Breeding" in there somewhere. All other PMs will be ignored. (I know, harsh)
4. If your submission doesn't get accepted the first time, send it again the next time. Dont give up.
5. If you submission is accepted, wait patently for me to finish. Remember I will get it done when I can.
6. Enjoy your time with your new foal.

Breeding Outlets
- only send a pm for breeding if my status says open.
- if you've followed all my rules and filled the forum correctly, an outlet will be saved for you.
- if you don't follow rules or listen to mods I can and will remove your saved outlet and let someone else have it.
- 1 outlet is always open for Quagga-less players.
- Don't beg or complain for an outlet please. Everyone will get a chance, don't worry.

Permission Quotes
- the forums are listed above.
- make sure you choose the right forum for the permission.
- a faked permission quote will lead to a complete ban to get any breeding slots for 6 months. (don't do it)

Breeding Forum
- only 1 request per PM please.
- no requests for a friend.
- each artist might have a slightly different forum, so follow them closely.
- make sure you don't put multiple suggestions in one numbered slot. Naughty, Naughty.
- the links must go back to the Quagga's original adoption page, not their character page or an image URL. It helps when stating the foals parents.
- I will try to make your Quagga as unique as possible. To close of a look alike is a copy.
- I will let you have an extra suggestion for art or $CS only. Thanks.

Finishing touches
- I will not re-do foals, sorry. SO, if you're not satisfied with your foal I can put it up for adoption.
- small suggestions like eye color, gender or markings are usually best. The foal is going to always look like the parents one way or another.

Important
- I do give customs but, please don't ask for one. There will be opportunities to earn one through challenges, games, contests etc... (or even by behaving)
- please understand that I do breeding outlets when I have motivation for it, do not PM me asking when it will be done.
- I don't like to be pressured or told to hurry, it makes me not want to do it. So please don't pressure me when you're outlet will be done. It may never happen if you do that.
- I wont be open for breeding outlets very often. I have lots to look after and don't have a lot of time but, when i do open I'll do my best to keep up with it all.

1. When sending me a breeding be sure to title it Quagga Breeding or it will not go into the correct folder and it will be ignored
