Welcome to the Show Grounds

Hello, and welcome to the show ground for Ironwood Dressage Association, a realistic dressage horse sim. Here, bi-weekly competitions will be held. To enter, just fill out the form below.

Show Rules and Regulations
~ The horse must be at least 3 years old to compete, though younger horses may come along for experience, which gives them extra training
~ The horse must have the stats required in order to qualify for the show level (see front page)
~ The horse must be fitted in the necessary tack to compete in the desired level
~ For a show to run, it needs at least four entrants
~ You may enter as many horses as you would like, but each horse can only compete once per show
~ A horse must start at training level and work their way up from there. They can't just jump in anywhere
~ Once a horse has won a specific level, they cannot compete at that level again. They must move on

Training Level


This level should show the horse has true, natural paces and is obedient, calm and relaxed. The most important skills to have in training level are walk, trot and halt. A good number to have in this level would be at least 5 in each of these. In order to compete at this level, a horse must be wearing a bridle, saddle and a saddle pad (preferably not fitted). In training level it is not necessary to braid the mane or wear wraps. To move on to first level, a horse must make it into the top three.
