You stumble upon a valley of ruins, long forgotten by time. Scattered at your feet are bones of varying sizes, the remains of beasts that used to roam here. You pick one up and hastily run in the opposite direction, not wanting to meet the same fate as the creatures that once called this place home.

One of the multiple suns on the planet you’re exploring is high in the sky, radiating intense heat. It’s not just a scorching day - this is everyday[i] for the destination you’ve chosen. You came prepared, however, with two canteens at your hip, a hat on your head, a cloak protecting your body, and you flick a pair of sunglasses down over your eyes. Now you can see the way ahead, and it's a vast sandy desert for miles. You don’t think you’ll stay here long.

Versatile and durable for the long haul, many Gryphians sport a standard traveling jacket as part of their everyday wardrobe. You’ll often see customized ones with all sorts of patches, pins, buttons, and even embroidered designs that really show off one’s personality!

You teleport into a clearing, having followed a set of directions given to you by a friend-of-a-friend. Not sure where you seem to have landed, you notice the dirt beneath you is a striking shade of reddish-brown. With a bit of processing, clay soil like this has many uses, and is worth the effort to bring home.

They may be a rare occurrence, needing the right conditions to create them, but any time you hear rumors of a meteorite falling to a planet’s surface, you’re quick to teleport there before other scavengers. This time you’ve gotten lucky, as small glowing shards of star fragments, named for their ethereal twinkle, are present strewn about the impact site where heat-met-rock-met-surface.

Sneaking through a dimly-lit corridor, you hold up your teleportal for some light, casting shadows across every inch of the walls before you. You heard that there might be dangers here, or [i]monsters, as the tales tell, which sends a chill up your spine at the very thought. It’s quiet, unexplored, and all of the things your tutors told you not to run head-first into. Anything could be lurking, you think, tensing up as you turn the first corner to your right and–

Oof!

Your teleportal clatters to the ground and you fall back on your rear, letting out a shrill noise in surprise. You notice there’s someone else in front of you, which at first you are quite sure is one of the nightmares you feared to encounter… until a paw reaches out to help you up. Just another Gryphian, it seems, who offers to team up with you to explore. Will you let them join your party? It might be a safer bet…

You stop at a waystation to buy a snack at a market stand when you realize that you left your wallet at home! A nice local Gryphian notices your disappointment and lightly nudges you to get your attention. A giant paw the size of your head drops 15 Sprockets into your palm. With a friendly grunt, the towering avian gives you a thumbs-up before lumbering off to another stall.

You can head back out after you rest up a bit, so come back on Friday
Remember, Supply Run is closed on Tuesday, Thursday, and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)!
