Hello! I am looking for kittypillars staff! We are looking for;
- Guest Artists
- Mods
- General helpers
- Guest Item artists
- Staff reward archivist

Typically when i open for staff applications, There will be a certain date for closing and each position currently hiring will be listed. If the deadline closes and your not chosen, if you want to re-apply next opening you are free to edit or re-make the old form, simply quote the old form and repost, Any positions marked with '*" are the ones needing to be filled more urgently, meaning it's likely understaffed or has no staff in that position currently.
small note: if you are an artist i already know from other uma's for example, you may not need to go through the full application process to become a permanent artist and may instead be brought on as a full artist immediately, just DM me if you want to talk about it!

Staff Rules and Expectations
- Follow all CS and Kittypillar rules
- All staff must be in the kittypillars discord
- Treat everyone with respect including fellow staff! no abusing of your power or passive aggression
- Please get along well as best as you can as well as communicate in a productive and calm manner that is healthy for all involved.
- You are able to make suggestions and pitch ideas! but please accept owner and admins final decision where applicable
- Please keep corrections and any confrontations regarding moderating kind and professional.
- Be open to corrections or constructive criticism in all staff roles
- All internal information needs to be kept private, no sharing screenshots, upcoming event messages, etc. without permission
- please handle all moderating matters as fair as possible, this means no personal bias.
- Bring any issues to owner or other higher staff like admins, No gossiping or vaguing in dms or outside chats
- Please let owner or an admin know if you will be inactive for a month or longer, If you are inactive for a long period of time with no announcement you may be contacted to review your position and potentially placed on hiatus status.
- There is no monthly minimum to remain a staff member but you must perform at least one task of your position a month to qualify for staff rewards.
- All staff will start on a guest period of one month, after that your position will be reviewed in which your guest period may be extended, you may be asked to rejoin us at a future date, or you may gain a full staff position.

Artist Entry Rules
- Artist entries must be original, color ins of previous designs you've made, copyrighted characters, stolen designs, or OC designs will not be accepted.
- AI work of any kind is never accepted, You will be permanently banned from kittypillars when caught.
- Do not remove the fake sign or use these lines for anything other than their intended purpose of applying for a artist position.

Staff Rewards Information

Staff MYO's
- All staff are rewarded one staff MYO per month regardless of your activity levels, Other staff rewards may vary in activity requirements.
- Artists and Guests artists are awarded one additional staff MYO for creating at least 12 unique kittypillars in a month.
- Item artists are awarded one additional MYO for creating at least 5 unique wearable or useable items in a single month.
- All staff are allowed to claim items from special events if you were active and helpful during the event time period.
- Admins and Moderators may be gifted an additional MYO per month for helping with certain milestones such as helping with big events, de-escalating a situation well, and being a great helper.

Token Rewards
- All staff are rewarded 400 Tokens per month regardless of activity, Please make sure you claim your staff rewards in the appropriate area or you will miss out on extra bonuses and make sure to track your rewards
- Artists get an extra 40 tokens per 3 kittypillars that have been made
- Item artists recieve an extra 25 tokens per small item created and an extra 50 per big item created.

Rules:
- Staff are expected to keep track of their own rewards and link back to your staff reward claim posts in the appropriate thread as proof when updating your co-op archives
- Rewards are only considered "redeemed" when you have formally submitted them and they have been accepted by owner or admin.
- Staff should use the trading forum (will insert the thread here as highlight at future date) when exchanging your rewards.
- Staff should communicate with the archivists to make sure all rewards are logged accurately and the archives are up to date for staff rewards.
- MYO's need to abide by all the artist rules.
- MYO slots can not be traded or gifted to non-staff
- Staff MYO's stack! There is no limit to how many you may own so long as you've earned them
- You do not need to use an MYO to get a custom kittypillar from another staff member if you have already traded fairly for them, such as claiming a USD or trade slot from someone where the MYO is not required.
- Kittypillars made from staff MYO slots can be traded and gifted to other users, The slot itself is considered used once you've made them, so be careful!
- Guest Staff need to use or redeem any rewards before their guest term period ends, Unused rewards expire at the end of the term if you are not kept on as permanent staff.
- Any staff members removed for misconduct or rule violations forfeits their unclaimed rewards and may not trade, gift or redeem them.
- Staff rewards may be withheld if a staff member is attempting to "offload" them before resigning in bad faith.

Bumping! The discord is almost ready sorry for how slow it’s been, since I’m doing it on my own and got sick it’s been falling behind haha. For now I’m looking at artist applications and then will add moderator forms for discord mods once it’s got a public invite link on the forum!
